With all of the mixed reviews, I had a 50/50 chance. I thought through a few hacks which I think may have made the difference. I opened, removed outer plastic.The bed immediately started to expand. It had the outside zipped protective cover. I took that completely off. There is a lighter gauze type of material around the mattress. Almost like a sleeve and on both ends roughly sewn. I didn’t remove, I did loosen it up from the mattress itself on all sides. It is lightly tacked to the foam. Separated without a problem. I then kept straightening it up giving the mattress the freedom to just do its thing. Within 24 hours it had completely inflated and it took another little bit for the corners to come up. I think the trick is letting the foam have enough space without any restrictions to fully expand. I will put the outer cover back on. I bought the queen 10”. So far it sleeps well. I don’t know if what I did made a difference or I just got a great mattress. It would be interesting to see if what I did made a difference. It has a 5 star from me. I’m thinking that inner gauze type lining is to prevent damage to the actual mattress when they are deflating and rolling and probably can be removed. This is a totally independent honest review!

I've only had it for a bit. Took a few hours to completely inflate. Great value for money, it's comfortable, fits my queen frame perfectly, material is high quality, no bad smell and I sleep like a baby.

It’ll do for now since I just moved and needed an affordable mattress, it’s hard to explain… my body sinks but it doesn’t shape to my body if that makes sense and it mainly sinks on one side , so I have to constantly roll over the the opposite side of the bed where it’s more firmer to get a decent sleep.. my back aches increased as well..

Mattress seems comfortable and there were no "off" smells noticed. Firmness was perfect for me My only issue is the distortion even after 36 hours of time given for expansion. Possibly the amount of compression used in packaging and sitting in Warehouse for extended length of time? Would have liked the mattress had it not been for defective and wonky appearance.
