It has a medium-firm feel, which I find really comfortable — supportive without being too hard. I've been sleeping well since the first night, and it seems like it's going to hold up nicely. Surprised and Delighted! Overall the mattress is a huge win! Great quality, reasonable price, no smells, provides a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep, as well as medium level of support. In reading through the reviews, this was one that really stood out to me, that is why I gave it a try. I will tell you that the expansion time really needs to be adhered to, because with the twin size, 10-inch I purchased, it initially expanded to 8 inches upon opening, then took 24 hours to expand to 9 inches, then another 24 hours to expand fully to the desired 10 inches. Please be patient and allow the 72 hours for this process and you will be extremely happy with this mattress. One comment I read stated that this mattress is like "sleeping on a cloud", I agree wholeheartedly! Love it!

I finally was able to upgrade the size of our bed. And the reviews this mattress had pulled me in. I love the fact mattresses come in boxes now. I didn’t need a box spring. I use to have a cooling hybrid mattress that was extremely comfortable and comfy for me. However my husband needed a more firm mattress. He said he has slept so much better since sleeping on this mattress. It’s also big enough to have our son sleep with us. I also love the fact that my sheets don’t slip off. My last mattress the sheets came off every time we slept on it because of the cooling material it had. I love the height of this mattress. My husband doesn’t like high beds, mostly because he’s short lol but I love it. It makes it feel luxurious to me. Great mattress! Did not disappoint

I can honestly say this is the BEST mattress I’ve ever slept on. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, finding a bed that offers true comfort and support has always been a struggle—until now. From the very first night, I felt a difference. It cradles your body in all the right places while still providing the support needed to keep my spine aligned. It’s like sinking into a cloud, but without that feeling of being stuck or unsupported. I’ve been waking up with noticeably less pain and stiffness, and I finally look forward to going to bed each night. Don’t let the price fool you, this mattress is as good as a $3,000 name brand one. And it came in 2 days! I’ve bought the too-expensive kind and I’m kicking myself now for not trying this out sooner. I wanted a mattress that wouldn’t transfer the movements of my partner sleeping and it is just wonderful. Can’t feel a thing. It’s firm but has a cushiony feel that holds the body nicely. Feels like sleeping on a cloud. Just be careful when you cut open the vacuum-sealed bag, the velocity could launch a pet across the room if they were in front of it

Don't waste your money. The coil spring base of this mattress is so flimsy you can feel each spring through the side wall of the covering, (there is NO padding or quilting on the side wall), and they feel like they are spaced very far apart and made of very thin wire. There is very little support and the mattress is very bouncy and flimsy feeling. And yes you can return it, but of course there is no way to re-box it and can you imagine having to arrange getting it to a UPS store if you don't have a truck or van? Should have thought about that. My bad. Maybe I can give it away. Lesson learned.

Ordered the king size & I absolutely love it! Added a comfy mattress pad to keep it protected and it’s perfect! Price wasn’t outrageous which is great. So worth the money 10/10 recommend
