The sides and corners have no support. You will slide/fall off if you sit on the edge. The bed was decently comfortable. Not as soft as I expected for "plush". Overall, not horrible for the lower price.

The mattress is very soft. Works well with the adjustable frame I have. Its tough to sit down on because it's so soft. Sleeping this week has been great. Hubby is absolutely thrilled. My sever back/hip pain has gone down. It was so easy to set up and interesting to do. I've already told all of my friends about it. It also came 2 days early. Will be replacing the mattresses in my house with mattresses from this seller. Your always on a budget, because i am And i needed a new bed with a new matress because my mom bought me a springy a** bed where it hurts and i have always loved me a pillow top!!! It might not have been THE BEST BUT By far i used to own a KING size PILLOW TOP A couple years back and had to get rid of it because of my dog chewing her way through like a damn golfer but anywho , At first i wasnt too sure since my boyfriend and I have back problems . Him due to his age. Me because of having twins. But he said he never seen a matress in a box and found that pretty neat he was able to carry it to the room alone. Then again hes a big enough to pull his own weight around, i wasnt too sure how the bed was going to expand so i carefully cut it. But wondering what a hissing sound was.. I later saw that you unroll the matress before u open it up. It automatically opened up I thought that was pretty cool!! To watch as did my boyfriend. Its supper comfortable!! He fell asleep instantly! But then again poor guy helper me do alot today and has been up and straight to work all day and hes exhausted my kids loved it. Initially got a queen hoping for a kind but was unavailable so im pretty sad about it but it all works out. I DONT REGRET THE PURCHASE AT ALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY DECISION AND HOPEFULLY get to break it in, it has the right kind of bounce and im pretty confident that im gunna have a great nights sleep after sleeping on a crappy ass matress . ... show more

We purchased this for our toddler as his first “big boy bed.” It is so floppy. It genuinely feels like an air mattress and the sides slant down, making it so easy to fall out. We are so disappointed and don’t feel like returning it is even possible because it’s so big.

We bought two of the Crayan Queen Mattress, 12 Inch Hybrid Mattress in a Box. We are not small people, over 6 ft, around 200lbs. I find mine to be a bit softer than I prefer. The other likes his mattress a lot. No issue with any smells. Mattress expanded fully within a day. Combined with the Amazon Queen frame and set up was a snap. Highly recommend. UPDATE I flipped the mattress over, place an extra firm mattress topper on it, and now I have a very firm mattress. All good. ... show more
