My son loves it but the assembly instructions are not for beginners and a couple of the frame parts were missing holes for screws it took almost 4 hours to assemble

If I could give no stars I would. Less than a week of use and it broke my daughters foot. Now they are asking us to completely disassemble it within a day to receive a refund. I should be asking for medical bills to be covered.

Although it’s nice once it’s put together, it’s not easy to do so. Also, the bars that support the wood for the left part of the desk are too short. The part of the desk is wider than it should be so the support bars are too short. I had to improvise to make the stay but there’s a gap between the wood and the outside rails.

Took a few hours to build. Very easy with 2 people. It could be done with one person but would take awhile. My daughter loves everything about the bed. She's a gamer and has a nice set up under the bed for her gaming. It also made so much more room.

well the room we put them in was too small, and the ceiling was waaaaaay to close, but they were built well and sturdy once together.

3 stars mostly because it was hard to put together & took six hours! it breaks down to nothing but hard and long proccess. However, the stairs are amazing and its really space saving. The desk under is perfect for kids and/or teens. Youll have quite a bit of space. Its very sturdy too.. no creaking when you move. all in all, had it had better directions, it woukdve been 5/5
