I like the full-face snorkel masks because of their massive field of view. In that regards, this mask works great. I didn't experience any fogging while snorkeling off the beach (Florida). The breathing tube never let in any water even though it was slightly wavy from passing boats further out from the beach. I also didn't experience any leaking into the main face area and into the smaller mouth area. HOWEVER... In order to properly achieve the no-leak into the mask, the mask itself had to really be pressed up against my face. This was easy to do because there wasn't much slack in the elastic even at full extension. In other words, the little elastic that was there had to really stretch for what I apparently have is a big head. And the way the straps are sewn together, they ended up crossing near the top of my head instead of the back. For whatever reason, the mask did stay on my face so I can't fault it for not working but at the same time it was fairly uncomfortable (because of how tight it was). Per the description, my recommended size was L/XL. I had my spouse try on the mask because her head is smaller than mine. The straps sat more so on the back of her head than mine, but she also said the mask didn't really make full contact on her forehead and the top of her nose (for the inner mask). She would have been better suited for the smaller version of this mask but I thought it was worthwhile having her try it on. Ok, so for all of the size issues (ie. my big head), I can actually live with all of that since it works. My big issue is how the snorkel fits into the top of the mask. The snorkel slides over the base which sits atop the mask. Around the middle of that base is a silicone gasket. You need to somehow slide that tight fitting snorkel onto that base all while making sure that gasket doesn't move out of its shallow slot. It didn't take much for the gasket to slide out of alignment and then prevent the snorkel from fitting properly. Once it's on, it's on and it doesn't leak. It's just the process of trying to GET it on that's quite frustrating. All that said, I'm more patient than most so I'll keep this as it does work despite the faults I mentioned above. I can't rate it at 3.5 so I will round it up to 4 stars.

I got this full face mask for my girl. She is not the best swimmer, but she wants to improve. This full face mask with the top snorkel has really encouraged her to swim. The very first day, she put the mask on, and took off down the pool. She swam non stop for 30+ minutes. Every lap she would stop and wave and give me a huge thumbs up. This mask fits her face, and is comfortable. The snorkel works very well. It is not the same kind of snorkel I grew up with when I was a kid. The technology is much improved. A bonus is that the snorkel can be slipped off the post and the mask and snorkel fit more compactly in the included mesh bag. That was a nice feature that took me pleasantly by surprise.

I had to honestly do a double take. Kept getting paranoid that water was going to leak in because when you breathe in/out, you feel airflow going around your eyes. It didn't seem to cause any leaking and I did confirm with the instructions that this is supposed to happen. But unsettling nevertheless. Odd airflow aside, the mask has a solid construction and I love that the snorkel itself can detach for storage and travel portability. However, the gasket seems a little flimsy and I suspect it will wear out over time. Came with spare parts which is awesome, but unfortunately no dedicated space set aside to store them in. Clear view and this style of mask is nice that you don't really have to breathe any differently to use them. But you also can't clear the air pressure with your nose like you can conventional masks. Overall it works well, price is reasonable too.

Full-face snorkel masks have become a favorite for days at the lake. You can snorkel along the water surface and when you dive below the snorkel seals to prevent any water from entering the mask. When you return to the surface the water drains from snorkel, releasing the seal to allow air back in. You never have to lift your head from the water. The optional bracket for attaching a camera housing is a plus. The problem with many of these types of masks is that the moisture from exhalation tends to fog the lenses. But the design of this mask creates a barrier between the mouth/nose and the viewing area, reducing fogging. Note that there are valves to allow air to pass between the two sections of the mask, but are effective in minimizing the transfer of moisture. There are a few minor issues with this particular mask though. First, when attaching the folding snorkel to the mask, the outer sleeve tends to unseat the gaskets on the inner sleeve. This can compromise the water seal. Second, the valves that allow air passage between the two sections of the mask have the effect of directing the air into the eyes. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying. However, the tradeoff is a field of view that is less prone to fogging. The price is comparable to similar brands, making this mask an attractive option for its anti-fogging design.

The full face snorkel is a must for anyone with facial hair. They go one easily and you don't have to worry about water getting in. I love that you can easily attack a camera to the mask. They do tend to be bulkier than standard snorkels and they do take up a lot of room in your luggage. I think the benefits outweigh the bulk of the mask.
