This one does a great job with more bells and whistles than the rental chair. Many settings automatic or full manual control. Couldn't wait for my brother to get it upstairs into the condo so I sat in it immediately after opening in the garage. LOL Very well packaged to protect in shipment. Only need to flip down the leg massager and close one zipper. Plugged it in and climbed in. It only starts when you press either on button. (Pretty easy to bump the control panel on button) The pressure on the arms is nice add on. My shoulders and back are my usual bad spots and the rollers work them well. You can control any of the speeds and pressure of the airbags to your choosing or use the auto settings. Returns to upright after you hit the off button. You can control from the digital panel or the gold buttons/dial if using automatic functions. Was easy to carry up the stairs with two people using the back handle and holding the sides. So far very happy with our gift to each other. Appears to be of good quality and should hold up well. I know I'll be in it more than her. LOL

I am a train wreck of pain in a dumpster fire. I need a massage every day, usually twice a day. This great quality massage chair allows me to get that when I need it, hassle free. I love having this chair available to me any time, no appointment or human interaction required! Relief, ANYTIME I want it. This chair has definitely changed my life. I have severe degenerative disc disease in my entire spine and it feels so SOOOOOO good to get in this chair. There are several types of preprogrammed massages, but once I discovered and learned the manual modes, I fell even more in love with this bad boy. I can control up down or just focus on one spot. Dude I cannot say enough about how much relief this chair gives me from the pain!! Just buy the chair. If you consider what you would have to pay for daily massage, this chair will pay for itself. Yes, it looks like a spaceship captains chair and takes up a lot of room, but I DO NOT care. If you have chronic pain, this chair is gonna make you feel so much better. It’s also good for those who cannot hear the TV well enough because you can connect it via Bluetooth to your TV and you’ll be able to hear every word from the speakers located on either side of your head. Granted, it’s not the most comfortable everyday chair without the massage, but I just put pillows in it and sit in it that way. BUY IT!! You WONT regret it. THERE IS HOPE YET FOR CHRONIC PAIN, AND ITS CALLED A REAL RELAX MASSAGE CHAIR.

When I first saw this massage chair online, its sleek design and extensive feature list sold me. But upon delivery and usage, I was met with a series of disappointments. The chair's massage intensity settings are overly aggressive, with no real middle ground for those seeking a gentle touch. The airbags, supposed to offer a soothing compression massage, feel more like sudden, sharp pokes. Worst of all, the chair's build quality is questionable; after just a couple of months, I've noticed creaking sounds and loose parts. For the price, I expected a lot more reliability and comfort. Regrettably, this purchase has been anything but.

"The chair is a bit heavy so it may take two people to move it. But after unpacking, the chair is very easy to move, it has two small wheels so that even my small sized wife can move it around at will, which I really like, when I am not at home my wife can move this massage chair to where she wants by herself. It has many pre-set massages and it's easy to sit back and enjoy a massage at the push of a button. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall. The heated back feature and foot massager also work very well. This is one of the best products I have ever bought. It is worth every penny. I highly recommend this chair."
