Good purchase for the money. Heavy duty, well made, all parts were there and holes where in the right places. We used power tools otherwise it would’ve taken a couple days to assemble. I love this bed. Only complaint is it’s squeaky when turning over in bed.

Comes in a lot of boxes so be prepared to get rid of those. But I received mine in good condition and assembly wasn't bad at all. But I do recommend a 2nd person to help because of the weight of the pieces and to speed up the process. Seems to be very nicely made and it has completely changed the feel of my memory foam mattress to a more firm feel which was needed.

I received my Bed before the delivery date. I was missing a box and sent an email. They reached out to me that night and had the missing box by 8:30 in the morning the next day. My bed looks amazing and worth the money. Very well built!!!

I love this bed frame, but my only complaint is how noisy it is. Simply turning over causes the entire frame to creek. I wish there was a better fix to that issue.

Beautiful bed, assembly instructions are stupid. Kind of had to figure it out on our own with some common sense. The bed is noisy, I mean noisy. The first time we went down to funky town we started laughing. We're going to try and stiffen things up this weekend (no pun intended). It just sounds like wood on wood creaking noise. Beautiful bed, noisy as hell. Edit: after adding some supports, the bed is quiet as can be.

When this was delivered I opened every box to check that all the pieces were intact. I ordered the bed,2 dressers, a tall dresser and a night stand. All the items were very well packaged. Making the most of the space available in the boxes and great care taken to protect the items in shipping. The night stand did have a small blemish but all the other items were perfect. I contacted Habitro about the nightstand and was offered a discount which was promptly credited to my account. Their customer service was amazing. Quick answers to all my emailed questions. Would thoroughly recommend this product for quality and service
