Its small but that was expected. The build quality is horrible. The instructions are unclear in broken English. There's typos all over. The hose leaks like crazy, and parts of the machine were damaged upon arrival. And there's open space between the drum and the interior of the machine where electronics sit, unlike a quality washer where there would be a silicon or rubber cover that prevents water from seeping in. I attached the sole page of the instructions on "programming and usage" as well as a photo of the control panel. I've seen trained dogs communicate better than this booklet.

Great little machine if you want to use it as a back up for when you have a couple of things to wash. After about 6 months, with great care, it fell apart.

In connecting this to my bathroom sink, I had to buy the following part from The Home Depot — Neoperl faucet adapter female 55/64 - 27 x male 3/4” hose, #572798. Buy ahead. You WILL NEED a second washer in the elbow-end hose that connects to the machine (speaking for a friend, w/water all over the floor). Instruction manual is inside the machine. The loose part you may think broke off is for shipping stability only. Be patient. Finally, first load, water level 5, wash setting 4 = 1:07 wash time. Plan ahead.

I could not wait for this portable washer to come. Just to be disappointed. For some reason the backend of the washer keeps leaking I’ve looked all o er to see why it’s leaking and can’t figure it out ughhh I was so excited for this team just to be let down . I’ll continue to shop around for another one

Hello everyone, I bought this mashine and I just wanted to let you know about this product. This is not what they said, (washer and dryer) this is a lie. This mashine only wash, don't dry. The rest are ok for washing. I am not sure yet if I will return or not, I am thinking about

It does wash however it is sold as a washer/dryer combo and is not a dryer. I'm very disappointed. This is false advertising.
