  • Get the stunning looks of the iconic FUJIFILM X100VI with the added creative flexibility of interchangeable lenses. A similar size and weight to the popular fixed lens X100VI, FUJIFILM X-E5 delivers the same analog controls and a film-camera-inspired user experience but gives you the option to switch lenses to suit your creative needs. X-E5 is compatible with over 40 X Mount optics and accessories, including the all-new XF23mmF2.8 R WR, so the perfect image is always within reach.
  • FUJIFILM X-E5 echoes the timeless style of rangefinder film cameras and features a stunning machined aluminum top-plate. Aesthetically beautiful, the top-plate exudes quality and durability thanks to its premium look and feel as well as delivering a precise, angular design. X-E5 offers analog controls for quick, easy access to core functions, while additional features such as the Bluetooth connectivity button - placed on the base like a film rewind button - enhance the cameras nostalgic feel.
  • A first for X Series cameras, FUJIFILM X-E5 features a customizable Film Simulation dial. Neatly placed under the aluminum top-plate with a circular window providing an easy view of the active mode, the dial provides fast access to Fujifilms unique Film Simulation modes that deliver stunning results straight out of camera. Additionally, the dial has three customizable settings, which give users the option to create and save their own recipes for instant recall in the field.
  • Sometimes the best images are made when lighting is low and, thanks to the in-body image stabilization (IBIS) on FUJIFILM X-E5, youll be able to tackle these situations in complete confidence. Providing up to seven stops of benefit at the center of the frame and six stops at the edges, the IBIS system features a new algorithm and upgraded gyro sensor to deliver an improved performance that helps keep crucial images free from camera shake.
  • Image quality is assured with FUJIFILM X-E5 thanks to the latest 40.2-megapixel X-Trans 5 HR sensor and X-Processor 5 imaging engine. This combination brings additional functionality, including a lower base ISO of 125 and deep learning AI-powered subject detection AF across a broader range of subjects. The higher resolution also unlocks a two-step digital teleconverter feature, which crops into the sensor to provide a 1.4x or 2x zoom, giving further in camera flexibility.

  • A new and beautiful compact member of the Fuji X family
Color: Silver Set: Kit
Pro: +Compact (relative to the X-T5). +Beautiful. +Has just about every feature of the X-T5 including the same 40MP XTrans imager, the IBIS, and the modes including automatic in-camera HDR and automatic panorama. Con: -Not water and dust resistant like the X-T5. -Fewer dials, and I find the film simulation dial silly and worthless. I have mapped the front wheel to ISO so now I still have the dial hat-trick of shutter speed, aperture and ISO. I have mapped the rear wheel to aperture for those few lenses that lack a dedicated aperture ring (the same as I did on my X-T5 and X-T3 and GFX100). -The dials lack locking buttons like the X-T5 etc. So always check your dial positions before shooting. -Cannot map the programmable function button to toggle the HDR mode(!). -Heavy, non-adjustable dumb-looking cord-style neck strap, but this is easily rectified. Full review: I have an X-T5 and wanted a second smaller camera, specifically for ultra-wide-angle shots leaving my extreme zoom 18-300 on my X-T5. This would eliminate me constantly switching between my 9mm f2.8 Laowa (my preferred travel wide-angle lens) and my 18-300mm Tamron zoom (my preferred travel zoom). These 2 lenses cover almost everything when I travel, but switching back and forth made me nervous. I bought the X-E5 with the excellent 23mm F2.8 lens. It is a bit redundant in my kit, but it is thin and lightweight and compliments the X-E5. As you scan through the photos, you will see the camera as it comes, except for the strap. More on that later. I have added the excellent Peak Design wrist strap to the X-E5 to keep it handy even as I have my X-T5 around my neck. The next photo compares the X-E5 to the X-T5 behind it and the GFX100 behind that. The "rangefinder" layout saves substantial volume (if not much weight) over the "SLR" layout of the X-T5. If I could only have one camera in this class, I would choose the X-T5 unless my main use case was travel in which case I would choose the X-E5. The next shot shows the X-E5 with the Laowa 10mm "cookie" lens. This is a my new wide-angle setup and I purchased the 10mm f4 "cookie" as it is much shorter than the 9mm f2.8 but damn is it heavy for such a little lens! You can see the difference in weight between the setups in the photos with the scales (553 to 600 grams, nearly 10% heavier!). You can see the difference between the 28mm kit lens and the 10mm cookie lens in the next 2 photos (90 to 136 grams). I added photos of the X-E5 with some other lenses including the Fuji 8mm, a beautifl lens, but a bit of a beast for travel compared to the Laowa options. The Laowas lack autofocus but at this focal length I just stop down a bit and use the extreme depth of field of these wide-angle lenses. I typically set up the lens at the hyperfocal point for some modest aperture and everything from about a foot to infinity is in focus, so I don't miss autofocus with these extreme wide-angle lenses. I also show the X-E5 with the Fuji 16mm f2.8, a very compact lens and one of my favorite walking-around and street-photography lenses. Then the 35mm f2.8 and the 50mm f2.8. All look very vintage-Leica on this rangefinder-styled silver Fuji. I showed it with the f2.8 lenses as compactness is the X-E5's forté and showing it with f1.4 or f1.0 lenses would not be playing to the X-E5's strengths. I then show it with the older 18-55mm excellent Fuji kit lens, and finally the Fuji 16-55mm f2.8 excellent "bag of primes" mid-zoom. This is a large lens for the X-E5 but the combo is perfectly useable. The last shot is of the X-E5 with the included "cord" neck strap. I couldn't bring myself to even attach this abomination to the X-E5. These "cord" straps are trendy right now, but they are heavy, non-adjustable, and in my opinion ruin the esthetic of this otherwise beautifully designed and styled camera. I will continue to use the hand strap shown and if I want a neck strap I will order the excellent MegaGear brown leather neck strap (adjustable). ... show more

  • ZERO REGRETS!
Color: Black Set: Kit
I’ve been eagerly awaiting this camera since I began my hunt for an X-E4 about a year and a half ago — I was ecstatic when it was announced but unable to get it before they were already backordered. While waiting for my order to be filled from another source, I saw this come available and I jumped on it immediately!! Every good thing you’ve read about this camera is true — I love the colors, sensor, IBIS, ergonomics/size/weight, and the design and build quality of this is just absolutely *chefs kiss*. The new 23mmf2.8 lens is also stunning — one of my favorite focal lengths, excellent design and build quality, and so compact. The speed leaves a little bit to be desired, but am hopeful that future firmware updates resolve these issues. Aside from that, the only downside I can think of is its price, which is significantly marked up from the original price of the X-E4 at its release — I believe this is a result of the hype & demand for the X100 line. Yes, its a great piece of technology with awesome specs and iterations, just not sure it warrants an almost 200% price increase. All of that said, I still can’t recommend this camera enough to anyone looking to add an amazing new everyday-carry to their collection. And if you’re on the fence, grab the first one you see! ... show more

  • Fantastic small camera everything you’ve read is true
Color: Black Set: Body
I have only owned full frame cameras before and stayed away from crop sensors, but I am completely in love with this camera – it’s tiny. The images are gorgeous and it’s very easy to use. The ergonomics are not great so a thumb grip and a nice plate grip help a lot.

  • Two weeks with it and I'm over the moon!
Color: Black Set: Body
I love it. If you like the X100v but want interchangeable lenses, this is the ticket. Great way to learn photography, and you won't outgrow it. Not a pocket camera, solid as a brick, I love the feel of it in my hand (size 10). Build is all quality. Auto focus is a little balky sometimes. 40 mpixels give you a big crop options. Not weather sealed, too bad. I didn't get an OIS lens but the IBIS kicks it.I suggest you get a thumb grip and one of the options to beef up the front finger grip (I use a half body case), and a comfortable wrist strap too, you don't want to drop it. There's a reason the pro photo world loves the x100v, I had one, but please, give me a zoom, I am not a purist. ... show more

  • Finally the X-E series is where it should be! Also Made in Japan!
Color: Silver Set: Body
I’ve used Fujifilm cameras for about a decade now and this might be my favorite camera so far, over the X-Pro2, X-T5 and X-100VI. Being able to change lenses with a compact body is what I love. The in body stabilization is what I’ve been waiting for along with minor changes like a focus switch on the front and a rear dial! Feels great in hand and I’ve only had this for about a few days here in London and I’m loving it. Don’t really use the filter dial but it’s great that it has FS1-FS3 for custom flavors. Feels great in the hand with or without a case and feels very substantial. Overall a solid digital camera to have in your collection, now even at its price I think it’s overpriced but I had to have one. I think if it were $500 it’s a recommend but this is for more advanced users who want more from a camera at a higher price because there are better options at its price point. ... show more

  • Lovely pocket camera for exploring
Color: Silver Set: Body
My new favorite camera. I have been enjoying shooting with this camera. With my canon R6 Mark 2 I feel like a photographer but with the Fuji x-e5 I feel like and explorer. This is such a joy to shoot with. Plenty of buttons for customization. Does have a learning curve.

A tough learning curve but worth it, a great quality, every day carry camera. Has exceeded my expectations.
