This film has no distortion. PET is much clearer than vinyl I had up before. It's not thick, but definitely thicker than tint I installed before. The blue color is a great option. Bronze can make view seem smoggy, dark tint can make my small room feel compressed. This blue is nice and airy and helps the sky look its best. I saw that this had low reviews, but this is quality material. It was loosing stars because of the difficulty of installation. BUT tint in general is no walk in the park. It's not about IQ, but rather patience, experience, and being handy. My result was excellent. I recommend if you like a clear view, daytime privacy, less heat, and color options. Tips-Definitely do when window is cool and you have a full tank of patience. Lay your piece on a table that will support the entire piece. Masking tape it to table peel side up so it doesn't roll back up on you when measuring for cuts If the protective film is hard to peel, stick masking tape on a corner, work it, and it will separate. Look closely because protective film is so clear, it is hard to see you are successful. To start peeling, hold it down on an edge with your fingers and peel it with other hand downward rather than away from tint and it will be possible to do solo. Don't worry if you tack a fingerprint on the edge, it will be trimmed off later. I had the best results sizing pieces using scissors with an inch extra all the way around. I used the supplied knife to do final trimming. Trying to line up a factory edge with a side takes too much time and too much adjusting. Just go an inch bigger all around so you can grab the extra to peel away remnants. I used a drywall mud knife to pin the tint to the edge of the frame where I cut excess. That made things stay put and the cut tight and straight. The rest like cleaning glass, spraying water, squeegee process is in the directions. Best of luck.

This window film works really well and was easier to install than I expected. The included tools were helpful, and once it was on, it looked clean with no bubbles. During the day it provides great privacy while still letting plenty of light in. It definitely helps with heat and glare, especially on windows that get a lot of sun. My camper stays noticeably cooler, and there’s less fading on furniture. From the inside, you can still see out clearly, which is nice. Overall, this is a good quality window film for the price. If you want daytime privacy and some heat control without blocking natural light, this is a solid choice.

I have bought other film from this seller, and they were great. I needed heat control film, and this is NOT heat controlling - it is HEAT PRODUCING. I radiates heat, raising the temperature in the area it was installed to oven-like temps. The film radiates heat about 5 feet into the area it was installed, to the point walking anywhere near it became a daunting task. I had it installed in November, and couldn't believe how bad the heat was once on the windows. Yes, it completely blocks any light in or out, and provides complete privacy, but you'd be better off just painting the window if you don't want to bake a cake in your room. The Big A insisted I remove and return it (which is fine, and I understand why), so I had to send back 2 boxes of used window film (ridiculous IMO). I'll be replacing this with either the FuFin dark tint film (which I have in other areas and my vehicle, and they work great), or a ceramic film for better heat blocking (aka control).

So I thought I’d chosen the right film. I have spent half the day researching . I went on ahead and chose this one. I would not recommend it. I had problems with the film stick to each other. I’m not a Tint expert but I feel I had some cheap film but made an 9 out of 10 job.

FuFin One-Way Window Film promises easy privacy and heat control, but the experience may be less than ideal. Some Heat Reduction: Noticeable reduction in direct sunlight, but don't expect full heat blocking.
