I have this product a 3 star because of the counter that keeps track of how many push ups you do. It kept counting every one push up as two push ups. So I ended up returning this product. The bass were very elastic and did what it was supposed to. The push-up board itself was decent. The push-up handles would sometimes get stuck in the board.

Very inexpensive and fairy versatile. The plate pin is a on the narrow side and if you have Plates for an Olympic bar, the plates are very loose; they are the perfect for for fitness sized bar plates, however. The cable is a bit too long to use with the rope attachment when doing tricep push downs on a power rack (mine is 9 ft approximate) and may be because I am only 5, 7”. When standing directly in line so the cable is mostly vertical, the plate stack stays on the ground when starting the movement and hits each time you complete a rep. Other than that, it’s 1000x cheaper than a cable machine and works very well with all thing considered and should meet most enthusiasts needs who are limited on space or budget!

For the money it’s pretty good been doing the pushbord for two weeks my other I bought different make and model broke. This one counts and the bands are strong.

Really like this set up. Simple but flexible. Only issues were that I only received (2) carabiners. Not a huge deal since I had a big one that I used. Also the cable is a bit too long for how we are using it but I understand that there isn’t an easy way to make it adjustable. We make do by kneeling or sitting for some exercises. Other then that no issues so far.

One star on versatility because it comes with one pulley system and not very power tower friendly as it keeps colliding with mine. Had to make knots to make it more adjusted. Other than that pretty good workouts
