I really really like this bed. I've had it for a couple months now and I have no issues with it. Although while putting it together, the boards that connect in the center edges seem like they aren't very substantial, it really doesn't seem to be an issue once put together and in use. I do have to say, that I'm about 130lb and only my 20lb Chihuahua and the occasional kitty sleep in it so maybe it might not be quite as sturdy if you have more weight added. However, the color is really nice. I love the little barn doors for storage and as far as I can tell, it really doesn't squeak or make a lot of noise. Assembly is ok. I mean, it's a bed, so it's not like it's going to be put together in half and hour. But I do suggest a good screwdriver. If I'd used what it came with, I'd probably still be putting it together. And if I didn't have someone that knew how to properly read the picture instructions (and even then there were a couple hiccups where it was "oh, no, not that way, oh yeah it goes this way...)" Overall it's a really good bed for this price-point. I'd say, if you are on the fence but you really really like the look of the bed, go for it. ... show more
