FSI AVENGER FOREMAN COMPOSITE TOE ROMEO WORK BOOT Part of the Avenger Foreman collection, this men's Foreman Romeo has a convenient pull-on style with certified ASTM safety features, including protection against sharps underfoot, that will prepare you for the jobsite. This mid-height Romeo has a black full grain leather upper that is both durable and easy to maintain. Easily put on these romeos with pull loops and generous side stretch panels. A lightweight composite safety toe and Pillow Cushion Insole make this a shoe that you will want to wear all day. And this shoe is metal free, so it will not scratch surfaces and will allow easy pass through metal detectors. The composite safety toe meets or exceeds the ASTM F2413 standard for Impact & Compression as well as the electrical hazard rating. As an added benefit these Foreman Romeos also meet the ASTM standard for puncture resistance, giving you an added layer of protection underfoot from sharps, such as nails. A slip- resisting outsole has a Mark II SR test result of 0.35 for oily/wet. TECHNOLOGIES Puncture Resistant - Puncture Resistant boots feature a flexible, full-sole PR plate designed to reduce the hazards of puncture wounds caused by sharp objects penetrating the sole. Composite Safety Toe Cap - Composite safety toe caps weigh less than traditional steel toe caps, are made of nonconductive material which does not transmit heat or cold or activate metal detectors. No Exposed Metal - “No Exposed Metal” styles are designed so no exposed component will scratch or mark any working surfaces, offering less risk of damage to them and peace-of-mind for employers. Slip Resistant - There are no government regulations standardizing slip resistance however all FSI styles marked with a Slip Resistant Icon fall into the Better or above category according to industry standards.
