I really wanted a pen that looked better in my living room than those hideous white plastic pens. I have a 4, almost 5 lb six month old Yorkie pup. This pen is very attractive! Because it’s clear it keeps the room feeling open. The solid plexiglass panels are easier to clean when my male Yorkie pees on them. The plastic pens have a lot of grooves that are difficult to get into. My dog is an escape artist. Although he can still jump this pen, he hasn’t gotten out yet because he feet have nothing to grip onto like with other pens. This pen was very easy to set up. It was well packaged and basically fully assembled in the box. I only had to screw in two pieces and remove the protective plastic. It is rather heavy. It truly is foldable. It’s probably not something easy to travel with because of its weight. I didn’t plan on using it for that purpose. It feels sturdy enough for my nearly 5 lb dog to jump up on. I think it’s a great and more attractive solution to other pens for very small lightweight dogs and other lightweight animals. ... show more

I love this playpen! It’s very stylish and sturdy. So easy to assemble. Very little assembly needed. Fits a large dog crate too! Definitely a good buy and totally worth the money! Highly Recommended! My training tip: do not allow your dog/puppy to jump up on the bars or lean on the plexiglass! They can scratch it or do permanent damage to the playpen. Use a heavy 20-30lb. weight and tether your dog/puppy to the weight to keep them settled and prevent them from jumping. ... show more

We absolutely love this dog play pen, our pup has enjoyed herself sleeping, playing and styling. The playpen is made very well, strong, easy to open up and make your desired shape and you can easily fold it and put it away. Setup was simple as well. I looked at a lot of see through playpens and most of them were between $500-1500 and did not fold up. The only thing I would say is that if this playpen came in 32”-34” in height I would have bought a higher one due to the fact that our dog may grow to 20-25 pounds, she can pop her head at the top already but I don’t see a way she can jump on plexiglass. I attempted to contact the manufacturer twice through Amazon and did not get any response. We would recommend this playpen for a smaller dog, it’s functional, safe, and beautiful. Our dog is a mini golden doodle and is now around 8 pounds and 13 weeks old. ... show more

I received this product and was initially very excited to try it out on our new puppy, a small breed Frenchton. I left her in it fur the first time and headed out to the office only to receive a call from my son when he got home from school saying that the entire pen had collapsed and almost injured our dog. The plastic screws had popped out. I put the pen back together and realized that if the pen was moved at all or received any pressure from the inside, the screwed became loose/ disconnected from the pen. I contacted the seller who approved my return. However, he wanted me to pay for shipping…to California. When I purchased this item, it was listed as Prime and said Free Returns. I wouldn’t have purchased it otherwise. At any rate, I went back and forth for almost 2 months with customer service and was told u would have to ship it back myself and pay for shipping. I had already paid $235 for the product and had to spend another $200 to purchase a replacement product. I am a single Mom and could not afford to spend another $100+ on shipping. Not to mention, the box is big and heavy. At the end of it all, I was stuck with a defective product, received horrible customer service from Amazon (1st time ever) and had to resell it locally losing $110. I will also say that the seller stalled for weeks asking for pictures if the product, asking be what type of dog I had, etc. I gave him everything I was asked for and got nothing for any of my efforts. Received my enclosures today ahead of schedule. I purchased 2. Set both up for my specialized use in under an hour. Using these for indoor quail. It was really just opening it up, extending it for a rectangular shape, tightening the knobs, put down tile flooring, then bedding, and topped them with those extendable willow gates and used ties for the willow roof. The dog pen was easy enough to assemble and looks clean and modern, but after assembly and a very curious puppy, it constantly unlocked and wouldn't stay open. After a month of fear of it collapsing, I just closed it to put away. Sadly beyond the return time.

I love this pen. It’s pricey but worth it. . I ordered the first one to make sure I liked it then ordered a second. Currently I have to keep my male and female bunnies apart. Wanted to make sure that they had plenty of hopping space until they are able to move back in with one another. I purchased two 8 panel pens. I find that if you set it up long and skinny, it’s a little wobbly. Setting it up in a square is way better. Perfect size and the 8 panel pen is taller and prevents bunnies from jumping out. All that said, I’m pleased with these and look way better in the house than an ugly cage. ... show more
