I got my wife into power lifting and we immediately ran into the problem of her warming up and being in very low position compared to her heavier lifts. I wanted to get some 10 lb bumpers to get the height correct for her and knew they would usually taco out.(bend) These were suggested as not being prone to that so we went ahead and ordered them. They have been perfect for her power lifting and getting her dead lift form down. I haven't found a better option out there.

Have had them for little over a week. They're used everyday and twice a week for deadlifts. I did do some shoulder height drops with them a few times initially and they took the drops well. They are dropped onto 3/4 inch rubber stall mats. So far they are holding up well. Overall satisfied with the purchase and will most likely order more fringe sport bumpers in the near future.

Holding up really well. I'll update with further use, but I can tell they are quality. The pair comes in their individual boxes taped together and the boxes arrived in rough shape, but didn't effect the bumpers at all. They were slightly slippery at first and the odor was low, but defintely present. After a few weeks (with use) they aren't oily anymore and there is no discernable odor coming from them anymore.

Really had a great easy experience with fringe sport. One of the 10 lb bumper plates was deforming more than expected when dropped. They sent me a new one and I didn't have to return it. The set works and looks great for olympic weightlifting - clean and jerk, snatch. Highly recommended.

Unlike a number of the bumper plates out there, these lighter plates (10's and 15's) are sturdy enough to use by themselves on a 45 lb bar and they will not bend or bow. Really good quality.

The pair I received were all black, no colored lettering. However, I have had very good success with these bumpers. I have a home gym so they are not used in a commercial space, but I think they would hold up well.
