I bought these to put on my Harley to lessen the chance of having to dodge deer when the day turns to night! I have a buttload of deer down where I live and it’s almost like playing dodgeball with all the deer when traveling highway 89 in southern Ut at nightfall, and when it’s deer vs motorcycle, it never ends well for the bike or rider. I can honestly say, I’ve seen far less deer when riding, and the few I have seen are running away from the roadway, and I can only assume it’s because I’ve got these deer whistles on my bike. I also have them on my semi truck, and my Jeep, and they seem to seem to work all across the board. I’ve still had to slow down for the few deer that are standing in the road staring into the headlights, (which is not very often), so you must still be alert and watch the road ahead, but it does make it less stressful while traveling the 2 lane highways & byways throughout the Rocky Mountains. I will definitely keep some of these on hand incase one gets knocked off at the car wash.

The only instructions are in the Amazon site, none in the box. Getting the super glue film off was a huge challenge in acouple of them. Wasted product.

I moved to a rural area with lots of wildlife and lots of narrow country road with plenty of deer. I bought these shortly thereafter. I wasn't sure if they would work or not but so far they seem to be doing a good job of warning the animals. I have been through numerous car washes and they are still attached. Still on the original set, have lots of spares. I would recommend and think everyone in rural areas should have these on their vehicle, I hate seeing so much roadkill. Protect the animals and yourself!

I purchased a replacement pair or deer whistles because I lost one because of an accident. Having traveled across many states with deer crossing signs and dead deer on the side of those highways, I did not want to risk hitting one. Years ago I heard about deer whistles and put a set on my conversion van. I literally saw deer ignore cars ahead of me but would jump away as I approached them. This time I bought enough for my vehicle and 4 sets for my family.
