Our rv had the big screw knov to keep fridge and freezer closed and it was a pain to use. We got these and they are perfect. Easy to mount and they lock with keys. Very heavy duty. I wanted these instead of the smaller ones for my rv cause I felt these were a lot stronger. My honest opinion toy would be better off with a set for tour rv.

I bought these locks for my garbage cans. I have nasty and annoying neighbors, that I live next to in a duplex. And she loves to fill my trash can up with her mess. So I had to come up with a solution. And these locks have been working perfectly. The joy I felt, when I seen someone trying to tamper with the lock and nothing happened. Who am I thanking you ask? Emily, the person who had these made and decided to make them available to grandparents and parents like me. Just got these today and I do not care that they havenโt been tested yet or been in use for a few days. Any adhesive made by 3M is trusted in my household. I have a 3 year old grandson and to say he is a Curious George in real life is a HUGE understatement ๐คฆ๐ฝโ๏ธ ๐ As it happens my late husband and my grandsonโs father bought a stand up freezer. The motor died and we use it now to store the alcohol ๐ฅ bottles away from my grandson. Only everything ended up in it ๐คฆ๐ฝโ๏ธ. We used duct tape for a while but my boy is a monkey like his mother was and climbs up and pulls the duct tape to open the freezer. My daughter found these locks here on Amazon and I bought them. ABOUT WHAT YOU GET: These two sets of locks came in the box with 4 KEYS. Had to be clear on this point as my pic only shows 1. The other three are planted right now ๐. The kit comes with FOUR 3M replacement adhesives just in case the first four wear out. I love that Emily made it easy for us people! ๐ฏ๐๐ฝ THE INSTRUCTIONS: follow her instructions to the letter: Clean the surface you are trying to lock up, in my case a stand up freezer and the refrigerator in my kitchen. I used Clorox Multi-surface wipes, the rough surface cleans anything. I advise you to TEST THE PLACEMENT before removing the covered sticky 3M pads. You want the wire taut, but not tight. I suggest you place the key part towards the front of your surface as you see in my pictures because this guarantees you can open the lock from the front, and not from the side. PRESS FIRMLY AROUND BOTH LOCKS, if you donโt follow with this step, you will not have complete adherence of the pads. Her instructions say to wait 24 hours before using the key, but I think she meant before testing the strength of the wire or the security of the adhesive: my late husband would have put the locks on and then would proceed to pull on the door IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALLATION, to test security of the pads. ๐คฆ๐ฝโ๏ธ๐ I believe that is what she meant because I opened the locks with no problem and locked it back without a problem as well ๐คท๐ฝโ๏ธ OVERALL OPINION: These are great! ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐ฏ๐ฏand certainly well worth the $19.99 asking price for two sets of locks with keys, and back up adhesive pads. Itโs a steal really. I and going to order another set for my daughterโs mini fridge and mine. The boy really does get into EVERYTHING, and this type of security is well worth the money when compared to other brands.. As I said, I will buy another set. Great job Emily for sure ๐ ๐๐ฝ.

Bought tow (2). Both were easy to install and each came with two (2) keys. The keys are the reason for not getting a 5-star review. The keys need to be "finessed" to fit into the key hole; it takes a couple of tries before the key slides into its slot.

I have a couple of sassy 2 year old boys who like to cause mischief, that includes in the fridge. After they sat breaking eggs while I was puking my brains out (thanks pregnancy) i decided I needed this. It has saved my sanity!

The media could not be loaded. I was not expection this product to be that resistant. Sometimes the key is not that easy to get it into the lock but it do it's job.

I use these on my mini fridge at work. Very effective at keeping people out of my stuff! The adhesive is amazing making it very secure. Easy to install and not complicated to open. You just gotta save your keys lol.
