    • Better in person
Color: Black+White Drum Light Size: 15.7 inches
Very lovely lamp. Really transformed my room. It's just bright enough, not overpowering, but the fabric shade lends a bit of softness where the old glass light I had could not. Worthy investment, happy with the construction and overall aesthetic.

It’s just great! Updated and calmed my office at our modern shed roof home with a warm glow. I’m a 64 yr old woman and installed it quickly! It looks yellow in the picture when on but at night it’ll be perfect.

    • Stylish and Bright, But Some Materials Could Be Better
Color: Black+White Drum Light Size: 15.7 inches
The FRIDEKO HOME Flush Mount Ceiling Light is a solid pick if you're looking to add a touch of modern elegance to your space. The 15.7-inch two-layer fabric drum shade gives off a soft, warm glow, making it perfect for hallways, bedrooms, or living areas. Pros: Elegant Design: The white fabric shade is sleek and modern, blending well with various interior styles. Versatile Lighting: With space for three bulbs, it provides plenty of light. It’s compatible with LED, CFL, and incandescent bulbs, so you can customize the brightness to suit your needs. Easy to Install: Comes with all the necessary hardware, making installation a breeze, even for someone who’s not super handy. Cons: Plastic Bottom Diffuser: While the fixture looks high-end, the bottom part is made of plastic, not glass. This does slightly detract from the overall premium feel, but it’s lightweight and shatterproof, so there’s a trade-off. Fragile Shade: The fabric drum is delicate and requires careful handling during installation to avoid any tears or marks. Overall: This light fixture is a great mix of style and functionality. While the plastic bottom may not appeal to everyone, it doesn’t take away from the overall aesthetic. If you’re after a sleek, modern ceiling light that’s easy to install and brightens up a room, this is a solid choice. ... show more

    • Editing my review and changing it to a 5 from a 1.
Color: Black+White Drum Light Size: 15.7 inches
My husband finally had some time to check all components with this light, switch, wiring, etc. Thankfully the switch had gone bad and not something within the light itself. So he replaced the switch and the light works!!! Yay! So glad, because I really did love the look of it in my home school room. I’ve had this light for severe months now. I love the look of it. But, several days ago it just stopped working. Initially changed all the bulbs, but that did not fix the problem. The switch is a quad and the other three lights wired in there are working so the switch is getting power. My hubs used one of those voltage readers and held it to the wiring where the light is mounted to the ceiling. There’s no power. The light just malfunctioned somehow and has stopped working. Super bummed. I’m out that money and now have to find a new light. ... show more

    • Worked as Expected
I have used Amazon since the early 2000s and have relied on user feedback to make my purchasing decisions. I have found that the Amazon community is right on. I have not, however, done my part to provide ratings to help others make their decisions. This is just one of many ratings that I have needed to provide. My strategy is to provide a numerical rating when there is not much more to say, except it worked as designed, was well made, and did not have any obvious flaws. I will provide more elaboration when needed to support a rating, good or bad. For this item, however, I think just a score will suffice. ... show more

    • Beautiful light but not easy to install or change light bulbs
Color: Black+Beige Drum Light Size: 12.6 inches
I gave 3 stars because the light itself is beautiful but the install (not enough room for hand/screwdriver to reach the install screws in the base) was difficult and the bottom plastic panel cover was very hard to remove. I returned the light because changing light bulbs would have been a nightmare and I'm sure I would end up cracking the plastic panel piece trying to get it out. ... show more

    • Darling light! Very elegant and decent sized!
Review Image by Rachel
The media could not be loaded. This light provides the coziness of the natural textured linen shade with the elegance of gold finishes and the uniqueness of the scalloped edges! I personally wish the light was a little bit larger, but it still is a decent size! It lights up well and it has four spots for lights, which means it provides really good light without being too harsh due to the linen shade! I personally think that this light is so pretty and I would definitely recommend! ... show more
