I used fresh step years ago but when i found this kitten after not having an indoor cat for years I decided to try other brands. Started with Arm and Hammer it lets pee drain to the bottom of box to quickly and it sticks and its odor control was short lived. i switched next to Tidy Cat it was slightly better then Arm and Hammer because it didn't stick like Arm and Hammer did but its odor control is not good. So here i am back to Fresh step after years and trying others. its odor control is the best and nothing stuck to the bottom of liter boxes when i cleaned them. i have two liter boxes for one cat and I clean my liter boxes daily , so for a liter to not control odor makes it a definite inferior product to the fresh step.

I was reading the customer reviews and I started to get mad at all of the negative reviews i sometimes think that people are out of contaked with reality. product says LOW DUST not NO DUST. I have 6 cats. I have tried MANY cat litters and when they say low dust this product is just that. I have 6 cats and 4 litter boxes and this product controls oder wonderfully. The scent is also wonderful . other customers complain about the product condition when they open box containing the product. to that I say grow up.you

Fresh Step is my favorite litter - it is a great litter. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is the price. It's much higher than other litters and I believe they can do better on it.

Delivery person left a 37 pound box on a shelf outside the front door in a senior apt bldg. How do you expect a person over 65 to lift this box to get it into the apt. In my case, I am 78. Second time this has happened.
