Well, I guess time will tell. Years long on-going issue. Lots of money spent on various creams and sprays. At the end of the first day - relief and complete comfort. Summer is coming. Trusting this relief will continue. Based on where I was at the beginning of the day and where I am now? I’ll just say it was money well spent. A question on the product survey asked about the product odor. I didn’t sniff the tube but it isn’t perfumey or I wouldn’t use it. Neither does it smell like medicine. It is just neutral or clean smelling. The cream goes on cleanly - not slick or goopy or sticky - like it’s not there. Kind of anti-friction. Comfortable. That’s all I’ve got for the moment. Semper Fi Okay - time for an update 7 months down the trail. I’m staying with this product until I cannot buy it anymore. Good stuff. In this department of my life, I had the most comfortable central Texas summer in memory - 100 +/-days at or above 100*F. Totally without the former constant battles and discomfort. Else? 1) The tubes last longer than I would have thought. 2) I now buy the larger quantity for the better price opportunity. 3) We had never spoken about this in the family but I cannot be the only one so I gave a tube to each of my sons and son in law. I’ll probably refresh their supplies at Christmas because each has independently asked where I got it - which tells me everything I need or want to know. I just received my SIXTH order for Fresh Balls this YEAR! Can't live without it! A 2-pack. This stuff works SO incredibly well, and each 3 ounce bottle lasts a little longer than a month. I just ordered the 5 ounce bottle for the less money! The product goes on like a lotion, and when it dries it works like powder, except you don't have the mess that powder leaves. I've been using powder for MANY years, my wife even giving me a "powder puff" to apply the powder under scrotum, etc. Obviously, the powder goes into the air and lands everywhere. With Fresh Balls, I dry the area very well, to start, often even using a hair blow dryer. I take about a dime size amount and rub it on the left side of my scrotum. Rub another dime size on the left side. Rub a nickel size amount underneath, and a little on the "top" where my penis might hang. I don't want to put any directly on the shaft in case my wife and I get intimate later that day and it happens to go in her mouth. Finally, I put some underneath my scrotum, at the top and between my legs, where the legs touch together. Basically, any where I feel that sweaty feeling throughout the day. I get dressed immediately after application. The lotion dries in a few minutes (yes, at first it was uncomfortable with wetness where I wanted it dry, but as I said, it dries quickly). I am sweat free ALL DAY LONG. This stuff is amazing! No powder mess. No need for re-application. Best of all: it works! Important note:: The bottles are changing colors to blue and orange versus the old black and grey.. Their website implies that this new color is legitimate. I was worried because of another review. But no, same ingredients, just different color tube and BIGGER size available! This stuff still works great... ... show more

This is an unusual product. On the one hand, it does work, keeping one dry. It also has a nice fragrance. There is a slight burning sensation when applied but it is not at all a problem. What I wonder about is whether this stuff is really good to be using long term. When you observe it dried on the cap it looks like plaster. Can’t help but to wonder whether such a material allows pores to “breathe” adequately or could cause irritation over time. Very interesting stuff though. ... show more

My wife bought me a tube back when it came in the grey packaging. I really liked it and recently had to get a new tube. Unfortunately, I got the new orange and blue tube and I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews ... it is not the same product. The advantage of this product is that you can be very specific in where you apply it. Talc powders and spray powders are too random and messy. It applies easily and starts working right away. The fragrance is not too strong. The tube also lasted me a long time. I didn't use it every day, but my first one lasted me a year. The only real con is that they messed with a great product. The new tube is not the same. It doesn't last all day like the grey tube, which I probably would have given 5 stars. This new tube works alright and I will continue to use this product because it does do what I want. But it does seem like they changed a good thing. Some reviewers mentioned that the manufacturer claimed there was a bad batch out there. Hopefully my next tube will be more like the first. ... show more
