I’d give the FREETOO Tennis Elbow Brace a solid 3 out of 5 stars. It does some things well, but it’s not perfect. On the positive side, the brace is easy to put on and adjust. The strap design makes it simple to get a snug fit, and the compression pad does provide some targeted pressure where you need it. I did notice mild relief during activities like lifting or typing, which is helpful for managing day-to-day discomfort. The material also feels fairly comfortable and breathable for shorter periods of wear. According to the product details, it’s designed to stabilize the forearm and provide compression for tendonitis and similar conditions. () However, it didn’t completely live up to expectations. Keeps my elbow tight and allows me to keep playing golf. I changed the shafts of my golf clubs to graphite and started using this brace and in two months I almost don’t feel any pain. It is pretty thin and can be wore under a jersey.
