I bought this for my husband. He is a 6'1" 230lb car mechanic and has been having bad back issues. He gets a stabbing pain in his low mid back. The brace helps relieve most of the pain. I can't say enough about this product. I am so impressed with the quality and ease of putting it on and taking it off. The support is amazing and I feel like I'm 6" taller. :) Because this is made so well and at a reasonable price, I just ordered a second one, arriving Monday. The care instructions suggest hand washing and air drying. I wanted to have a spare during this process. I have worn this every day, all day, since I received it last Friday. I can put a camisole on, then the back brace, and then my top. So comfortable and not bulky under clothes. My balance has improved significantly and I was able to take my two dogs (170 lb total weight) out for a long walk, 2 days in a row so far, because I didn't feel like I was going to fall over. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve never left a review on any product, but this thing made me feel inclined to leave my first review. I recently strained my back at work, went to few drug stores for a back brace and got sticker shocked. $90 for a basic brace at every store. Are you kidding me? Then I found this thing on here. It’s fantastic. It has adjustable lumbar and mid back support on top of being very well made. My back already feels better while wearing it around the house. Definitely going to wear it to work and give it a good test drive. Will update, but so far I’m very pleased.
