As I can see this back brace you sent is extraordinary and made with love and quality materialswith the most thoughtful design, I'd ever seen for a backbrace. I have to have an extender for this back brace because it's just needs a little more room for me. I need it to be just more than the 63 inches provided. But so you could say oh, if you needed to be 63 inches, be prepared to consider a backbrace extender which you can purchase separately, but you can say, this is versatility, because I am a grown man, and my wife also needs back support as a teacher. So she can wear the back brace and it will support her, too, and she won't swimming in it, and it won't slip down on her, like if they had made it a bit bigger, and it is the right size for her and many others. I can wear it with an extender so we can both get support from this one. Amazing backbrace, and we both need it. So we both really appreciate it. How very nice it is, and the design of the back brace is quite stellar. You can tell the time and caring that went into designing and making this, so thank you FreeToo, for making a great back brace. One of the things that I like specifically about this is that it has the Springs on the side, which is something that's not easy to find with a lumbar pad that is very large and generous. Well made well padded and one of the things. That's really nice about this. Is that it's soft on the inside. For somebody who's going to be wearing this against their skin. And they have soft and delicate skin. It's absolutely a requirement if you're going to be wearing it underneath your clothing for it to be. As soft as possible and so this is as durable as possible. Just as supportive as possible and the supportive underneath the padding. Those stays that hold everything in place and support. Things from underneath those are positioned, just right. They are high quality, They're insulated well from any discomforts and provide support.

Finally! A back brace that sits comfortably on my wide hips! I'm a larger gal which already makes movement difficult, and with a recent back injury movement has been even more complicated. Add on top of that we are moving, I really needed to try something to help stabilize myself. In the past, any back brace I purchased would roll up to dig into my stomach and leave me in more pain than to go without it. This model, however, surprised me with its great support! It didn't roll, it actually fits around my hips with plenty of extra space (I'm a size 22 tall and ordered an XXL for reference), and it doesn't dig into my skin. What I appreciate the most about this is the way the second straps angle parallel to the different obliques to disperse tension. The cut is also designed to curve around hips instead of straight across, which probably helps in the not-rolling. While I am my injury is going to take time to heal, this relieved my pain almost immediately. I'm still not certain whether or not I like the extra lumbar support piece as I already have a pretty severe lordotic curve, but at the same time I can feel the difference in how it disperses pressure along the back. I'll need to keep trying with and without this piece to see which actually works better for me. For me, I ended up wearing it under my shirt as the straps keep getting snagged on things (keep in mind: I'm weaving in-and-out of boxes and furniture). The only drawback to this is the very obvious sweat stains. While I'd hoped that the material was more breathable, I didn't expect it to soak up this much. I'm pleasantly surprised with the stitching. Other pieces I've tried the straps are just barely anchored on. With this piece, there is obvious overlap for extra anchoring. Bonus points: my favorite color purple! I'm not one to buy things based off appearances, so this was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting a black one when I requested a brace. (Sidebar: hubby bought this for me, and the color is probably what inclined him to invest in this model. I'm so glad he did.) 10/10 would purchase this again.

I bought this when my senior mom hurt her back. She is small and this brace fit her well. Good support to keep her moving before she started PT. I would recommend as it wasn't too heavy for her to put on by herself.

I bought this and another brand (Sparthos) to relieve pain from a bulging disc in my lower back. I tried the cheaper Sparthos first and it was ok…then I tried this Freetoo and felt IMMEDIATE relief! The pain improvement was truly instant!! This brace is easy to put on and hugs my lower back perfectly. The straps are high quality with easy-grip tabs, and I can make small adjustments when needed. It keeps my back straight and makes it significantly easier to go from sitting to standing. I like that it includes the additional lumbar support pad, which is larger than the cheaper brand. I’m 5’3” and 135lbs and the small fits great. I am living in this during the day as my injury heals! If you’re experiencing similar pain, buy this—the slightly higher price is absolutely worth it!

Tried it out and it fits very nicely if I am standing but it rides up and gets displaced when I sit down. There isn't really a way to sit with it on that is both comfortable but also allows it to be effective. This would be very good if you are standing a lot, definitely provides good support and posture. However, it is not the brace for me as I am sitting a lot for work. Will be returning
