My son has been using this backpack for five years, and it is still in good condition. We live in Mongolia, where winter temperatures can drop to -40°C (-40°F). Every day, children carry all their notebooks, textbooks, a pencil case, lunch box, a thermos bottle with hot water, PE clothes, and training shoes. The backpack fits everything easily. In addition, my son walks 40 minutes to and from school every day in these harsh weather conditions. Despite the heavy load and extreme climate over the past five years, the backpack has held up remarkably well. It shows slight wear from tough use, but the zippers have never broken. We love how many pockets there are and it's a great size with a cute design and the colors haven't faded in the sun while being stored on exterior backpack hooks at the school. The padding at the back and on the shoulder straps is a good thickness and made it much easier to carry home when it was loaded wuth stuff. We ended up prying the logo off because "cusangel" was being called "cuss angel" and the school did not appreciate that. Unfortunately this bag only lasted a year before the hanging strap snapped and a zipper pull broke, so we will be retiring this to a travel bag rather than a school bag. That might not seem like an accomplishment but I bought this for my little brother who has a talent for destruction so I was very impressed to see that this is still in one piece.
