So far I absolutely love this e-bike. From the start of when I purchased it I've had an employee from the company update me and be there for any questions I may have had. Her name is Daisy and she has made this shopping experience an absolute delight. Seriously, I feel like this is what buying a Bently or a rolls royce would be like. Any issue or slight problem I might have had, she made sure to take care of it immediately. It honestly seems like she loves and cares about her job. Because of her attitude and how professional she was, I am now a die hard member for freesky. I made some modifications to the bike to suit my riding style. I decided full suspension is the way to go because I broke part of my neck and back not to long ago. I plan on upgrading the rear shock at some point. Not because it's a bad fit, just because of my injuries. For a perfectly healthy person this bike is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely purchase from freesky in the future.

I live in a fairly small town and I use this to go to the stores and my favorite watering hole all of the time. I absolutely love it. With the adjustable suspension the rides are smooth as silk. A lot of our roads are gravel and the fat tires handle them with ease. I don't do too many hills but when I do I turn on the second motor and it has absolutely no issue. Actually, it handles the hills fine with one motor but it's just more fun with two. Assembly was a breeze. Took me about 40 minutes but, I'm slow and I like to take my time. I bought the accessory kit and I have to say that you get a lot for your money with that kit. the rear frame and bag are very sturdy and the bag holds a lot of stuff. My favorite watering hole is in an adjacent town which is six miles away. When I get home the battery meter is only down to 97 or 98 percent. It's probably way more than I needed but it's such a joy to ride that I don't regret the purchase at all. If you're old like me, you'll enjoy the comfortable seat. BTW, I almost never peddle. I thought I might but I just don't. It turns a lot of heads and I get compliments pretty much every time I ride it. Get one. Enjoy it. You won't regret it.

I found assembly to be simple if you use the packaging. Bike came well protected. Instructions are easy to follow on assembly but from there throw them away. The website hasn’t caught up to the bike. You will find two keys and two cards on the handle bars hang on to them. The keys are only to lock the battery in. First remove the battery and dont twist as shown in instructions just lift it up but make sure you are holding battery (be carful its heavy) remove battery and turn on switch on bottom. Look on top it has a battery level indicator just push the button to the left of indicator. Put battery back in and turn lock to latch. Turn on bike then take small card key and put on bottom of screen on the label it will turn on screen. Contact customer service by email they are responsive within the following day they will set you up with your Tech he will walk you through how to set up combination so if you loose your key you can use your bike. Watch it this thing likes to run. the pedal assist is touchy and the bike has plenty of power. I was able with peddle assist to get to 41 miles per hour. I am going to keep searching for ways to adjust settings to match me. I hadn’t road a bike in years but have found with this one its everyday now. I will follow up after a few months and give an update. I am going to let everyone know the customer service is great just be patient the team is on a different time zone but they will make sure you ar stakeholders care of. The website to register isn’t any good just save your order number any issues will be tied to that. I highly recommend this bike even with its weight this thing is a beast . Buy one go out and have fun.

This is my first ebike, so I looked at every ad and forum I could find before I made up my mind. I have friends that ride quite a bit using a more expensive ebike. What made up my mind was the quick response from Freesky to any question, and the online videos in the forums. This bike had better range and speed than most and higher ratings. I worked with Daisy when choosing this bike. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly while answering all my questions. I purchased this as a Christmas present for my fiance. It came on time and with everything needed to assemble it, including a video. I was so impressed with the quality of the construction that I ordered another bike for myself. Thank you Daisy!

Purchase two of these one for my wife and myself. She recently had a knee replacement and needed something to help her assist when riding in tougher areas. High-quality well-made bike. If you’re riding on flat Services, the battery lasts a very, very long time if you’re going up and down heels a lot the battery will be less. We went out for an hour in an wooded area, going up and down hills and after an hour, we were at about 75%. Would 100% recommend this purchase.

This bike is some thing else. Did a lot of dirt biking and mtn. Great mix. Eats hills and the single track like mad. Very fast. Im pressed with the packaging and quality honestly super solid. I had my doubts. Yes there is a downside this bike is big and heavy. Wish I could drop 30% of the weight. Standard bike rack is not a go. So Damn go with that 2 motors why not!
