I've owned mine for a while too before writing this and my opinions haven't changed a bit. At first I wasn't sure if I'd like the pedals, but it's actually nice to be able to move your legs and stretch a little, especially on longer rides. I'm a grown adult, about 185 pounds, and I do some really fun trail rides with no issues at all. It'll come in a big box and is actually easy to put together. Just follow along with the video. The bike came in pristine condition and I didn’t have many problems with it and when I did, I contacted support and they were ready to help. Recently I had requested new parts because some had become faulty and they had sent me the new parts in a timely manner so I can get back riding again. It’s very very fun to ride and stylish since it looks like a dirt bike. Assembly was quite tricky but if you have a hand to assist it should be a breeze. The bike quality itself is amazing it was able to withstand dips and going down curbs with its suspension. The speed on this thing is like no other it goes up to 45 MPH comfortably from 0-3 seconds or so considering I am 140 pounds. ... show more

    • Great e-bike - powerful, fast & sturdy!
This Freego e-bike delivers from a product performance perspective. It's fast (faster than we anticipated) - getting up to 35 mph. It's sturdy & appears to be well-made (so far, so good). And the brakes & suspension are impressive thus far. The only reason we're giving it a 4-star rating & not a 5-star rating is because it arrived without instructions (or an owner's manual) & the YouTube videos we pulled up & used to help put it together weren't great. The bike also arrived with at least 1 missing part (a bolt that we were able to replace on our own) & the company hasn't been easy to connect with (granted, it's a holiday weekend). We've already recommended this bike to others & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to more. It's a great alternative to the more expensive & less impressive e-bikes from the big brand names. I have to say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Here on Amazon the company that sells it. Cuz Amazon does not sell this there's a company that sells it. Free go. And this free go X2. Is like a dirt bike on steroids full shocks large lithium ion battery and the thing is just fun oh my God I have a right on it and so durable and it's got disc brakes and you know and. I think the most important thing is when you're going to put lay down your gas. Does the company stand by it. One. But mostly two can you get a hold of somebody I want a live person I don't want a computer. I want someone that's getting a job so that they can support their family I want to live human being there's any AI computer where I can never talk to somebody either through text or email or phone I'm not doing with it I have to have a live person on the end of the phone. Do not buy one of these bikes! It’s a hunk of junk! Our bike has been broken down for over two months! It has sat at an authorized dealer (which we had to drive over two hours to get to) for over a month! They tried to charge us for warranty parts and also for shipping! Bike is poorly made and you CANNOT get replacement parts! The seller even went as far as to mention a refund would affect feeding his family! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!     • Great alternative to more expensive brands
Great power and range. Amazing style. Impressive support post purchase. I bought two for my kids. One showed up in perfect working order and one showed up with a rear brake needing to be bled (these have hydraulic brakes not the cheap cable type.) Seller worked with us to get it fixed asap by providing some easy to install replacement parts. Range will depend on your speed and assistance type, ie throttle vs peddle assist. As a test we rode max speed (~33mph) for 23miles and we had 2 bars of 5 left on the batteries. These are adult sized bikes. My 15yo was tall enough. We lowered the bike 2” for my 11yo by replacing the rear shock with a slightly shorter model and lowering the forks. He also wanted a thumb throttle vs the twist type, so we replaced that too on our own. Standard replacement parts and accessories work great on these bikes.
