The bike is nice and is the best bang for your buck emoto out there. The frame is very heavy so it might be a bit of an issue to move around and assemble but it goes very fast and the build up in speed is smooth. Battery life isn’t the best but if your going max speed for awhile it’s gonna drain the battery. And the customer service is top notch they sent me a spare display just in case I the one prebuilt into the handle bar didn’t work and when I bought the bike before the Black Friday sale they even offered to refund me the difference. Truly spectacular customer service I would recommend freego bikes to anyone out there looking to get their first or even just an better e bike in general ... show more

    • Wiring issues
Screen stopped working, they shipped a new one ver quickly and it fixed the problem for a couple days but the wiring harness has a short somewhere and now it is fried again

    • Awesome bike!
Bike arrived probably 90% assembled. Make sure you have blue locktite before it arrives. Any screw/bolt you put in add locktite. After assembly start on one end and go through every nut and bolt. Add locktite when needed and tighten. Also keep in mind the screw/bolts are hardened steel that’s threading into aluminum in most cases. Be mindful not to over tighten resulting in stripped threads. Snug them down and allow the locktite to dry per manufacturer recommendation. Battery initial charge took around 3-4 hours. My son has in the last 2 days put over 50 miles on the bike. Each ride roughly 25 miles. Mix of easy and hard throttle. Battery had 1/4 charge remaining. This was in the unlocked “street legal” mode lol!! This bike has exceeded my expectations. Very well made and looks pretty darn cool. Seems to be very durable. ... show more

The bike is good but there are some issues I had to switch the breaks around but that's just a personal preference the rail for the battery was to high and it wad throwing codes until I lowered it my charger don't alwasy work

It’s overall a powerful and fun e bike, however if you plan on purchasing make sure you also get protective gear and tire spoons if you plan on changing your own tubes. I’ve had the bike for about a month or two and It’s battery life isn’t the worst but it also isn’t the best, I get about 20 miles distance each trip with about a quarter of the battery percentage left going around 18-22 mph. The bike reaches a top speed of about 55 mph on a full battery. The battery itself takes about 6 hours to charge to 100 percent if it’s dead. If you’re heavy on the throttle the battery will go down pretty quick. When the bike first got shipped the parts and hardware also came in a second package the next day so don’t automatically assume they forgot parts. SOMEONE AT LEAST 21 WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE AND ID WHEN DELIVERED ... show more

Bike is great when it works, customer service did help, it came with alot of cosmetic damage and for the price thats not okay. Other than that I’m happy with it.
