It’s overall a powerful and fun e bike, however if you plan on purchasing make sure you also get protective gear and tire spoons if you plan on changing your own tubes. I’ve had the bike for about a month or two and It’s battery life isn’t the worst but it also isn’t the best, I get about 20 miles distance each trip with about a quarter of the battery percentage left going around 18-22 mph. The bike reaches a top speed of about 55 mph on a full battery. The battery itself takes about 6 hours to charge to 100 percent if it’s dead. If you’re heavy on the throttle the battery will go down pretty quick. When the bike first got shipped the parts and hardware also came in a second package the next day so don’t automatically assume they forgot parts. SOMEONE AT LEAST 21 WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE AND ID WHEN DELIVERED ... show more

    • Beautiful e-bike - broke down to fast
My husband and I bought this e-bike for our 14 year old boy back in July. He was in love with it, taking very nice care of it, fast forward not even 2 months later the bike broke down shutting down completely, when we picked him up hot home try all possible ways to charge the battery didn’t work- contacted the seller supper nice responded promptly explain the situation I was told they will be sending a new updated display which we received a week later and still not working- contacted the seller again this time he’ll be sending the main cable, cable set, and controller. Hoping this parts should resolve the starting issue. Luckily we got it a protection plan, if this doesn’t resolve the problem- we’ll file a claim with the insurance. The bike is good but there are some issues I had to switch the breaks around but that's just a personal preference the rail for the battery was to high and it wad throwing codes until I lowered it my charger don't alwasy work

I got my parts box several days after the bike, it’s unfortunate because you can’t ride it without those. After finally getting everything in and putting it together I can tell you this thing absolutely rips. Mine has a seven speed but all the other upgrades so not sure on that. I don’t really need the gears because the pedal assist works well. I’ve enjoyed riding it and would recommend if your looking for an electric bike that can go 50+ but has pedals. ... show more
