DO NOT BUY !!! . It doesn’t go 60mph like advertised it goes max 52 , they also sent me a bad bike . Which I had to return with my own shipping method which was EXPENSIVE . The headlight didn’t work , the rear rotor was warped which made a loud screeching noise and the battery would not sit flush in the terminal . On a “BRAND NEW “ bike . And also they don’t want to return your money when they are supposed to, I had to open a claim just to get my money back . Never buying from this company AGAIN !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! ... show more

The bike is Ok. The issue is there is a manufacturing defect in the front fork. I had them ship a new one and it had the same defect, so it is a manufacturing issue. I finally just ground down the defect (the bracket rubs the brake rotor). It works fine now, but worry about other defects that aren’t so obvious. I wouldn’t buy it again but it works fine for now. What I feel is most important about any product you buy. When you going to put your hard-earned money up and purchase something that you're going to have. Thank you hope will be for a consider amount of time. So spending this kind of money you want to make sure that there's a person that you can talk to on the other end of the phone someone that can resolve it not a computer somebody that's employables got a job in America that'll take care of everything this frigo ebike was the most smartest tech savvy off-road dirt bikes speed go down the road fast safe fun exhilarating and you want to know what I didn't it was a worry-free I didn't have to worry about it came in the mail I didn't see any instructions and how to assemble it but you know there's always you too and customer service there took care of all my concerns and periods of laying down that kind of cash. I’m very happy with the way the bike performs. It has power and of course speed, and I way 210lbs. Suspension is excellent. It’s durable, No problems so far.
