I paired it with Free Soldier pants in army green and they look like a matching set in both style and quality. I ordered a medium and the slight looseness is perfect for layering. Better than expected. Just remember this is a ski jacket, not your average winter coat, so the fit is snug (which it should be for skiing). About the only complaint I have is that the outside of the hand pockets aren't insulated at all and are too small to put a gloved hand in. The inside pocket could have had some depth to it so the zipper wasn't always needed. Again, gloved hands don't work well with the zipper size on that pocket. Otherwise, though, it fits well, is warm and seems like it'll hold up for many winters.

This jacket is warm, comfortable, and built for real winter weather. The fleece lining feels great, the waterproofing works perfectly, and the fully taped seams make a big difference in heavy snow or rain. Excellent quality and a great value.

I ordered this coat on Amazon as I wasn't happy with the quality of comparable coats in the local stores. First, the fit is true to the size. This has always been a problem when ordering online as some sizes run smaller, however, the size is spot on. The color is a perfect deep dark blue - goes with anything. The fabric used for the coat is heavy duty and will probably outlast me! The lining is great as well as there is enough softness to keep the warm in but enough breathability so that you don't sweat. The other features I like about this coat is the detachable hood and the elastic waist enclosure. The elastic waist band is great if you are going out skiing or hiking in the snow as it will keep the cold and snow out. I didn't need it but it's great to have it. If you don't need it, there are snap fasteners on both ends that you can unsnap so that you have more comfort at the waist. Oh, and did I mention so many pockets with secure zippers? Yes, this coat has that too! This coat was a great buy and worth every penny! Excellent price!

The is an overall good jacket. It doesn't have a removable liner or anything fancy, but nonetheless it's a solid winter jacket. I really like the holes it has for your thumbs to prevent the sleeves from riding up. For the money, you will struggle to find something better. Pros: – Durable, waterproof, and windproof outer shell designed for rugged use in snow and rain. – Good insulation to keep you warm during cold winter activities like skiing or snowboarding. – Plenty of pockets. Includes multiple functional pockets for gear storage, some with waterproof zippers. – Designed with features catering to active use, like adjustable cuffs, hoods, etc. – Great value - much better than expected for the money. Cons: - Liner can't be removed, so it can't used as a shell in warmer weather. – Can be on the heavier or bulkier side compared to lighter, more packable jackets. – While waterproof, extreme breathability for high-exertion activities might not match top-tier technical brands. – The aesthetic is primarily functional and tactical, which might not appeal to everyone for casual wear. Overall, if you're looking for a no-nonsense, durable, and protective winter jacket that can handle tough outdoor adventures, this is an excellent choice for the money.
