I LOVE the look and function of this sink. My largest pans and crock pot bowl can easily be washed now. But major issues we've had are staining and scratching. The first was noticed on day 3. The stains have come from leaving stainless steel pots/pans (rust) and blueberries (purplish color) in the sink for a few hours. Not whole blueberries but small pieces from our smoothies that didn't get washed down completely. Our previous stainless steel sinks never scratched or stained so we were surprised and disappointed. This will be a good sink if the manufacturer can improve in quality control and add in more cushion in the box. I ordered this sink multiple times and it never arrive in good shape, 3 times it arrived with dents, because no cushion inside the box. Other time it has tiny spots and lines, not sure if it is rusty spots or something else. See included photos for the sinks I received. ... show more

    • TERRIBLE SINK!

I wish I had done some research before purchasing this sink, but I'd had a Franke before and loved it, and thought this would be as nice as my old sink. IT IS TERRIBLE! The sink barely has any pitch which makes it very difficult to wash down the debris in the sink. There is ALWAYS stuff left after rinsing and rinsing. We are in California where water is scarce, and this sink takes a lot to rinse down. HORRIBLE. The finish is so ugly; ALL WATER SPOTS show, even after cleaning and cleaning (and drying). I HATE THIS SINK. The corners are not rounded enough, so crud ends up getting stuck there. I have used their polish, other sink polish, barkeepers friend cleanser, and stainless cleaner and for the life of me, cannot get the water spots off. We unfortunately bought two - a regular and a prep sink and am SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. We had a cheap chinese sink in a vacation home that came with the house that wasn't nearly as BAD AS THIS ONE. DO NOT BUY or you two will find that you wasted hundreds of dollars on something that cannot be changed out once installed. ... show more

    • Ummm....flat bottom is impossible to clean/drain

We are custom home developers and have installed Franke products many times. We are now embarrassed we put this sink in our personal home. It's awful - the worst sink we've ever used - with a functionally idiotic design. The bottom of this sink (and other similar Franke models) is nearly flat - which looks nice, but you have to push nearly every piece of food into the drain or it just sits there - OR - you can run (waste) 1 - 2 minutes of water and use the hand sprayer to guide the pieces of food into the drain. To make it even worse, it scratches easily and has blotchy stains that will not come out. This is a terrible product on all counts. Please learn from our experience - do not buy this product or any similar Franke product without actually testing it in a showroom with dirty dishes, food, etc. Awful.
