  • Great game for kids!
We love this game! My 5 year old gets a kick out of it. She is also learning how to take turns and move her game piece. It needs batteries so don't forget to grab some.

  • Very fun for young ages, cardboard used for game could be better quality
The media could not be loaded. See video for full review. Highlights: -My 4 year old and almost 2 year old have fun with this game. The cats that spring out and the moving dog keeps my kids entertained for awhile. My 4 year old can understand how to play the game just fine. -The cardboard box that the game comes in, is the actual game. So you need to be careful with how you handle and open the box, as if you rip, crush, or ruin the box, then the game will get ruined. This is actually the biggest downside for me. The cardboard could be higher quality, and with small children constantly sticking the plastic pieces on and off of the sides, it's likely to wear down the cardboard pretty quickly. Once the cardboard is ruined then you have no game. -The price is decent for the game you get (currently around $25). So your kids will have a lot of fun with it, just expect it probably won't last forever. -I am always looking for games and toys that can keep them occupied on their own while I get some stuff done, and this game so far has held their interest. -The dog takes three triple-A batteries that you need to provide. -Would make for a great birthday party gift! -Highly recommend this game as my kids love it, I just wish the cardboard was better quality or that it wasn't the actual box that the game comes in. -Directions are very easy to follow on how to set up and play the game. I normally struggle with these things, and I had no problems setting it up. Note: The location of the red trash cans on the game in my video is not accurate of where you will place them when you set up the game to actually play it. ... show more

  • Cute quick game for little ones
What I Like: - The box is the game board... a very nice idea here. - All pieces were easy to put together (There were stickers that needed to be placed on the pieces. VERY happy they didn't make us put the stickers on the dice). They even had little clips inside to keep the box flaps from folding back in. Speaking of the pieces, the cats were cute. There are 4 of them. The dog's expression is so silly, I love it. - This is a quick game (a few minutes) which is excellent for younger players. What I didn't like: - The box is the game board... great design as I said earlier, but it's not much sturdier than other game boxes. Especially with younger kids who might not take care of the box well, I don't know how it will stand up over time. - Each post that you would move on to isn't very clear at times... as the posts aren't uniform (to keep up with the whimsical look) - The dice are tiny (that's a bit nit-picking though) Overall, cute game. Think kiddos will like it. ... show more

  • Fun Game, Recommended For Younger Kids
This game is a simple but fun game. The game has a "mechanical" aspect to it, that keeps it fun. Reminds me of the old "mouse trap" days. Between 2-4 players can play, each selecting a cat. The cat "pieces" clip to the side of the game board. You roll the dice, and move your cat accordingly. If your dice shows the dog logo, you push the button on the back of the dog. The dog goes crazy, and if it hits the lever on your cat - the cat flies in the air, and you have to go back to the nearest "trash can". The first player to make it around the board without getting knocked back too many times by the dog - wins the game. The only place you are protected is in a trash can, which keeps your cat's spring lever protected. The main playing board is also the storage box. The entire assembly folds for easy storage. The game is nice for a quick 15 minute-ish session. It is simple, which allows the younger kids to play. However, the older kid lost interest after a couple of rounds. It is not a game that requires strategy or a lot of skill, but is fun kids game. ... show more

  • Silly and loads of fun
This is a great game - especially if you either own a pug or have kids who loves pugs. We have a crazy rescue pug, and my kids think this is the best game ever. They love the anticipation of seeing if their cats will go flying or will be safe. It was easy to set up and assemble. The box is the board game itself, so make sure you the adult are the one to open it properly so the security tape doesn't tear the box. The game goes really quickly, so it's great for kids with short attention spans. It's also good simple addition practice as the kids have to add up the two dice to move along the fence. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that I wished the pug moved around more. What felt like a lot of the time, he barely moves around and kinda just jerks in tiny movements without much travel around the board. I think I'd prefer it if he moved around the board more so there were more chances of him hitting the cats. It'd make the game more exciting and last a bit longer. Overall, two big thumbs up! ... show more

  • Simple yet fun game for younger kids
Game is simple – each player is a cat (4 available) and need complete a lap around the fence, moving the number of poles you get from rolling the dices. If you get the dog on a dice, the dog button is pressed and the pug starts running randomly, everyone risking getting their cat lever hit by the dog. If that happens, the cat flies and need to return to the previous “safe” pole. It is very simple and no thinking required, but is really fun seeing the kids nervous and excited about the dog making the cats flies. I played with my 4, 8 and 10 y.o. kids and were excited. The excitement wouldn’t last more than 15-20 minutes but would come back next day if they decide to play again with it, or when friends come over at our place and they showed the game. Nice design and instructions. ... show more

  • Fun game for kids
Got this board game for my daughter and she really enjoys it. She invited her friends over and they all had a great time and it was easy for them to understand. The board game itself is good quality too.

  • So fun - lots of laughs!
Really cute and fun for playing with the kids. Be careful when opening the box as the box is the base of the game but other than that, it's really easy to learn, play and have fun with!
