Outstanding!

*WARNING* attempted funny review inbound. Many a days have I known Cots, but none like the Fragess. Many a times I have dealt with the construction, repair and rigidity of Cots, but none have compared to the Fragess. Honestly this Cot Did EXACTLY two things I wanted it to do: 1. give me something decent to sleep on that wasn't the floor 2. fix my posture (more on that in a second) 1: the fact that I was able to sleep quite comfortably on the Fragess speaks volumes for the cot community. when I mean comfortable, I am speaking that the small layer of cushion the Fragress comes with is PLENTY by cot standards. 2: A Cot is rough and rigid, that is to be expected, but the Fragress sinks you in enough that you feel a subtle degree of comfort while still having the "floor like sensation". Which means your posture tends to align ever so slightly. It became difficult to adjust initially, but I have noticed that any travel pillow for your neck and support pillow around your knees tends to make it more comfortable. again, this isn't meant to feel like a cloud. It is a cot. but a very comfy one given the price and reality of what cots are. BONUS 3: Quality of Life (QoL) on this is OUTSTANDING. The cushion was a gamechanger (can use others if you desire more comfort) but the pockets on the side!?! for 3 months straight of using this, I can say that was an incredible asset. Albeit simple. The fact that it is an incredibly easy setup and teardown that keeps its integrity, has made this by far the cot known only as THE FAGRESS. (shameless plug, I think this single review is the most that I have uttered this products name. Which is noteworthy in itself) ... show more

Best cot I’ve ever owned.
Item Package Quantity: 1 Color: Black+grey
Outstanding camping cot. Has changed my tent camping experience. Collapses similar to a collapsable chair. I recommend turning the cot upside down when expanding the legs. Just push the middle legs to lock into place. Very comfortable cot. Comes with a mattress. I also use my Big Agnes air mattress and bag on top so the sleeping experience is fantastic. Being off the ground makes getting up and moving around so much easier. I have a large “Gazelle” tent so there is plenty of room to stand up and also use a cot. Cot has a side pocket divided into several pockets. Great for storing essentials like flashlight, phone, medicine etc. I highly recommend this cot for a wonderful camping experience. ... show more

It's a nice sturdy cot, and easy to set up, and take back down. I love that the mattress folds up nicely into a pillow for easy storage. Only complaint is I wish it was a bit wider and the mattress was thicker.

Fragess Portable Camping Cot: Comfortable for Kids, Easy to Use, but Not for All Adults
Item Package Quantity: 1 Color: Blue
The Fragess Portable Camping Cot, a 28" extra-wide, heavy-duty folding cot with a thick mattress and a 600-lb weight capacity, is designed for versatile use in camping, office naps, or home guest sleeping arrangements. Its blue finish and portable design make it a practical choice for outdoor enthusiasts or those needing a compact sleep solution. Our experience with this cot was mixed—our grandkids loved it, but my wife found it uncomfortable, though its ease of setup and storage were standout features. Packaging and Setup The cot arrived well-packaged, with the folded cot, mattress, and storage bag securely packed to prevent damage. Setup was remarkably simple, taking less than 5 minutes. The cot unfolds smoothly, and the sturdy steel frame locks into place with minimal effort—no tools required. Attaching the thick polyester mattress (approximately 2 inches thick) was straightforward, securing tightly to the frame with straps. Folding it back up was equally easy, and it fit neatly into the included storage bag, which has a drawstring closure and carry handle. The compact folded size (around 40”L x 8”W x 8”H) stores effortlessly in our closet, making it ideal for small spaces. Design and Build Quality The Fragess cot is robust, with a heavy-duty steel frame and 1200D Oxford fabric that supports up to 600 lbs, accommodating most adults and multiple children. The 28-inch width provides ample sleeping space, wider than standard cots, and the elevated design (about 17 inches off the ground) makes getting in and out easier than lower models. The mattress, while thicker than typical cot pads, offers moderate cushioning with a waterproof coating, which is practical for outdoor use or spill-prone environments. The cot’s blue color is vibrant and stylish, and the frame shows no signs of bending or creaking after multiple uses. Four anti-slip feet ensure stability on various surfaces, from hardwood floors to campsite ground. Performance Our grandkids (ages 6 and 8, weighing 50-70 lbs) adored the cot, finding it very comfortable for both napping and overnight camping in our backyard. They slept soundly, with no complaints about the mattress firmness, and enjoyed the extra width for sprawling out. However, my wife (in her 50s, 140 lbs) found the cot less comfortable, noting that the mattress felt too firm and lacked sufficient padding for her back, leading to discomfort after a few hours. This suggests the cot may better suit younger users or those accustomed to firmer surfaces. The cot performed well functionally, remaining stable during use and easy to transport (weighing about 18 lbs). We haven’t tested it outdoors extensively, but the waterproof mattress and durable fabric seem well-suited for camping. Pros Easy setup and storage: Unfolds and folds in minutes, fits neatly in storage bag. Kid-friendly comfort: Grandkids found it cozy and spacious. Sturdy construction: 600-lb capacity and steel frame ensure durability. Portable: Lightweight and compact for camping or home use. Stable design: Anti-slip feet prevent wobbling on various surfaces. Cons Adult comfort varies: My wife found the mattress too firm for extended use. Mattress thickness: Could be thicker for better cushioning for adults. Conclusion The Fragess Portable Camping Cot is a well-built, easy-to-use option for camping, guest sleeping, or kid-friendly naps. Its quick setup, compact storage, and sturdy 600-lb frame make it highly practical, and our grandkids loved its comfort. However, adults like my wife may find the mattress too firm, so it’s best suited for younger users or those who prefer harder surfaces. For families or campers seeking a portable, durable cot, it’s a strong contender, with minor caveats for adult comfort. ... show more

Mattress flat and uncomfortable, Sturdy Frame

The actual frame is very sturdy and well made. The mattress remains flat even though the seller says it will become thicker over time.

Slept like a baby
Item Package Quantity: 1 Color: Grey
Me and my husband are around 285 and I slept like a baby, even slept on my belly, I move a lot in my sleep. Was the top mattress super thick? No but it is exactly what it says it is. Around 2-3 inches. Im just glad I didnt have anything poking me from laying on it, and also when I did move around it didnt sound or feel like it was going to break. I seen no damage on the tent floor either. Will definitely buy more for the kids! ... show more

lazy girl using this as furniture
Item Package Quantity: 1 Color: Grey
Been using this as a regular bed for the last 4 months because I like being minimal and i cba to build my actual bed. A little annoying to set up because it needs to be pushed down TIGHT to stay at first but just takes time to get right With a throw blanket covering the regular mattress it comes with and some pillows its very comfortable for a 5’7 female at 135lbs. Only downside is it squeaks super loud and lowkey sounds like it’s gonna break but its very sturdy. love being lazy and i like small beds so ... show more
