This TactSuit Pro and Sleeves definitely increases the immersion you have in supported games but don't think that you are going to be sore after absorbing body blows in Thrill of the fight. Getting shot in the back is definitely a new experience and again, adds to the immersion but what I found for myself was that it is a friction point to just throwing on the headset and getting into a game. Takes a few minutes to put the vest and sleeves on properly and get them tightened down. Then start the Bhaptics player app in the headset and then start your game. If you have a limited amount of time to play your games, you might not be putting it on as much as you think. If you have a good amount of time set aside and can take the time to suit up and get ready, it is awesome.

The media could not be loaded. I would normally say that the bhaptics TacSuit and sleeves takes VR to the next level, but that would be a lie because what it does is it takes VR to the next dimension! VR is already an immersive experience, but being able to feel every time you fire a bullet, being hit in-game, feeling the feedback of music really makes your gameplay experience that much more intense. The TacSuit and sleeves arrives in a very well-packed single box. The sleeves were partially charged when they arrived, but I did need to charge the vest which is done simply by plugging in the included USB-C cable. Pairing the vest and sleeves was as easy as simply turning them on then going into my Quest 3 Bluetooth settings, scanning for the devices, then pairing each one. Once that’s done, you can open up the bhaptics player app (free download from the Meta store) and test everything. The vest has 32 vibration motors and the sleeves have 3 motors each. Using the bHaptics app, I verified that every motor was working as expected. You can also adjust the intensity of the motors, the brightness levels of the lights on each device, and the idle time before they turn off. The only other thing I had to do within the app was to update the firmware on the vest, which was a simple button click and wait. If you want to connect the vest and sleeves to a PC, you can do the same process (ie. Pairing to your PC via Bluetooth). They also include a Bluetooth dongle but I didn’t need it since my PC already supports Bluetooth. I tested the vest/sleeve combination with Ghosts of Tabor, Breachers and even Smash Drums, all of which worked beautifully. I could feel the recoil of all of the weapons, I could feel anytime I was hit and more importantly WHERE I was hit — especially useful if you’re getting hit from the back. And since it supported it, I also tried Smash Drums where the sleeves (and to a lesser extent the vest) pulse as you hit the drums. Very cool! I also have the older TacSuit x40. Between the 2, this model feels much more well-made (the x40 is also well-made, but the Pro seems better overall) and I honestly can’t tell the difference between the x40 having 40 vibration motors versus the 32 in the Pro. The vest and sleeves are not a cheap combination though so the price will be prohibitive for many people. But if you’re really into VR and want to take it to the next level because you’re a diehard fan of immersion, then this is definitely a worthwhile investment to get you there!

If you’re into immersive gameplay and want to take your setup to the next level, this bHaptics FPS Bundle (TactSuit Pro + TactSleeves) is worth looking into. BUT! I mainly wanted to use it with literally a handful of games (less than 5) main one being Apex Legends, and it has no native support for it!!! So, before you hit “Buy Now,” make sure the games you actually play support it! It's not only that game, but a lot of newer titles can also take a while (months) to get support, and at this price point, it’s not something you want collecting dust. At least it didn’t show up looking like someone pulled it off the bottom of a bargain bin. The branding was solid, the presentation was clean, and everything inside was pristine. It wasn’t just tossed in a plastic bag or a generic brown box. That might not matter to everyone, but I always take note when a company actually puts care into that kind of detail, it shows pride in the product. As for setup, it was not all that friendly i had to update it and connect it and disconnect it from bluetooth various times to get it to stay connected. The vibration sound might turn into something a bit bothersome after a while, but it's just as any other vibration might sound so if you've got decent earbuds, it doesn’t kill the immersion at all. If you game with headphones, you probably won’t even notice. The vest and sleeves fit well too, nice that it's a one-size-fits-all deal with mesh lining and extra straps included for adjustment. I appreciate that they thought of comfort. In short: it’s cool, it’s well-made, and it works great, FOR THE RIGHT games! If you’re only planning to use it for one title, really think about whether the investment makes sense. But if you’re all-in on immersive gaming (especially in VR), this might be a fun addition to your setup. I unfortunately wont rated any more than 1 star, such an expensive item should come with a VERY clear list of tittles that can be played with it, before ordering i had asked the web if it was compatible with some of the titles i planned on using it with and i couldn't get any clear answers at all, then finally asked RUFUS here and he confirmed Apex, and it's not the case.
