The quality of the product I would say is pretty good, and I definitely did good good value for what I spent on this product. I will say it is stable, but some of the instructions were a little confusing and it took me about 20 extra minutes to figure out where I had gone wrong With screwing the scratching post into the hideout area but after careful examination and looking over the papers again I figured it out lol he has loved it ever since I brought it home and he loves to hide in it and play he gets so happy when he sees his cat tree because he knows There’s usually some treats in there waiting for him and guaranteed a quiet place for a nap ... show more

I have 3 cats, a 2 year old and 2 kittens. This thing lasted MAYBE a month before a major part of it broke. I attempted to contact the seller and couldn't find any option, so now they are without one of the platforms to sleep in. Also the platforms are too big for the support structures and once the kittens grow into adult cats they probably won't be able to sleep in it which is unfortunate.
