I’m super picky when it comes to protein powders. I pay close attention to ingredients. This product stood out to me because it stated that it has no artificial fillers, gums, or stevia. It has also been tested for heavy metal levels. A lot of plant based protein powders aren’t transparent about the level of heavy metals in their product. As far as taste, I like it! I pair it with vanilla almond milk, a frozen banana and flax seeds. It’s super good! If you enjoy it, I highly recommend signing up for their subscription on their website so you can get a refill every month plus bonus goodies from the company. :)

I have this every morning. I start with a cup or more of almond milk. Then I add one of the measured small cups of the protein powder, then mix on slow. Then I add frozen fruits. I slice bananas and put one half of a banana in a snack size plastic bag and put in the freezer. I also add frozen blueberries, strawberries, mango and some spinach. I find adding frozen fruit and veggies is easier to mix than ice cubes. I had to buy a powerful blender, my old one wasn't powerful enough for smoothies. I find that if I add and blend the almond milk and protein powder first, then add the frozen fruits and push the frozen products down, letting the almond milk come to the top of the fruits, the blender works much better. It tastes like chocolate ice cream. I eat the smoothie for a late breakfast and a big salad for an early dinner. I've lost 15 pounds over the past 6 months and feel so much more healthy and my clothes fit like they used to. love this product

I liked this product when I first bought it and, before it was done, I ordered another. But, i just don't enjoy the taste anymore. I try it with water; with almond milk; with fruits...but I just don't like it anymore. I highly rate the ingredients which is why I bought it in the first place. I hope someone can recommend how I can change the flavor and make it more palatable.

Here’s how I consume: 1 scoop powder, 1/2 banana, 10 ice cubes, 1 scoop peanut butter, then fill the blender to the 12 ounce line with vanilla hemp milk and blend! Delicious.

The chocolate flavor makes it hard to find a good way to make a smoothie. I have food allergies and it gives me sinus headaches. It may be great for people that don’t have allergies.

I have tried probably 50 different protein powders over the past 20 years. The 4 sig cocoa is the best so far. It’s crazy expensive, but I think it’s worth it.
