We use this as a roof over an outdoor shed in a very hot climate and after about 8 months it still looks new. It gets a lot of direct sunlight and rain. The fabric is very thick and ridgid and seems very durable. I feel this will last a lot longer than the usual store bought tarps.

Part of the roof on my dad's place blew off in a wind storm, we are unable to afford to replace it so I was looking for extra heavy duty tarps to use as water protection. These work great if securely attached. We have had major winds and rain and they have held up very well even though it's only been a couple of months.
