As others have mention, strap keeps coming apart where it was screwed in. this happened while leaving a restaurant. The strap fell off while on my shoulder, screw flying across floor...totally mortified. Although, it is good bag as a carryall and leather is durable. Zippers stick from time to time, so I leave bag unzipped most of the time. Thinking will need to figure out how to fix strap issue.

I love this bag - it’s the perfect size to fit my iPad (which I need to carry with me for work), a small pouch for diapers and wipes, toddler snacks and my wallet/phone - without looking bulky! And it’s cute! I like the weight of the leather - it’s sturdy and feels durable, but not stiff. The crossbody strap is great for me to be hands free as I wrangle toddlers. I was excited for the zippered outer pocket, thinking I’d store my phone, chapstick and wallet there for easy accessibility, but the zipper is so rough, my hand gets scratched up anytime I try to get something out. Not a huge deal for me, as everything fits in the main pocket and interior pockets just fine. HOWEVER, after a few weeks, the strap started coming off, as others have mentioned in reviews. I tried screwing it back in, but it continued to break with greater frequency. I contacted customer service about a warranty repair or replacement two weeks ago and have yet to hear back, except for their auto-generated response that they’d received my email. I love this bag, just wish I could use it again!!

This product was sent back after a month of use the screws that held the strap in place loosened and the strap was not fastened anymore It happened when we walking around and was not convenient at all Needless to say I would not recommend this product.

Love the bag, style, leather, compartments. But…5 days later the screw that holds in both straps keeps coming out on one side. Considering gluing it in but I may want to do away with the small strap at some point.

I looked at purchasing this purse for like a year. I finally bought it when the price went down last week. The reason I was nervous about the purse is because of the nylon strap. When I got it I really did not like it at all, the nylon strap is not even black it is army green. However, the smaller strap is actually perfect. I love it. It allows for the slouch to happen naturally. The purse is perfect! Amazing amount of room. Holds my iPhone 11 pro max in the slot too! Must buy

I like it for its size. I can fit my water bottle in it, along with plenty of room for my wallet. iPad, and more. I do have travel in mind, but I can see it working for everyday as well. Obviously it's not small, but the strap is wide and very comfortable. I purchased black, and happen to like the contrast of the olive green color. It has two nicely sized slip pockets inside, along with a zippered compartment, and it has the zippered pocket on the side of the exterior. It zips closed, which I prefer to a magnetic closure, and also has the short matching handle if I need it to look "nicer". It's not cheap, and therefore I almost didn't give it a fair chance when I received it. Straight out of the box, I wasn't impressed! After taking a closer look, taking all of the packing out, and trying my items in it, I'm going to keep it!
