I really like this watch! I had the Michael Kors Sofie for years and loved it but the battery life was not making it all thru the day. This Fossil is just like the MK watch.     • TWO Fossil watches quit working
I really liked this watch - both of them! I purchased the first one 2021 - it quit working in Feb 2022. I liked it so much, I ordered another. The second quit just before the 1 year warranty ran out. Fossil honored the warranty (although I had to pay to have it shipped to Texas) and returned it a couple of weeks later on February 11, 2023. The watched stopped working again yesterday, April 7, 2023. I'm not ordering another, as much as I liked it. I have ordered a much cheaper watch that has a 4.6 rating & good reviews - I hope it works decently and lasts at least a year. If it quits working, I'll order another less expensive smart watch. That will be cheaper than buying a Fossil often.🤨 ... show more

I bought this watch and the battery life was good at first. It would last a day and a half, sometimes more. Now it barely lasts eight hours. It does track your workouts, heart rate and sleeping patterns. It looks good with some faux diamonds.     • Dumb watch. No apps work with this watch
I have spent days with product service. I bought this 6 months . Initially worked with wear OS. Product service will only help me with emails back and forth. Now they say I need to " upgrade the build " to pair with the Fossil app since no longer supported on wear OS. Terrible customer service and I have just a watch now. Not a smart watch. ... show more
