Purchased this training device to work on my “bow strength” without the new archery savvy boyfriend watching me struggle. It was cute at first to have help pulling back the bow but this girl needed to show improvement cus I’m a strong independent woman who doesn’t need no help from no man. A couple times a day, I use the band for 5-8reps. After a week, I felt stronger. After a second week with focusing on keeping my core engaged, I’m ready to hit the archery range. Bought for wife to help her with her draw increase she is currently at 43 lbs but when she pulled this band back it was very easy for her so I took it to cabellas and they did a pull test it was only 33.5 lbs so you may want to get the next one up wish I would have because not its not very useful.

Great training aid, I have a 45 lb recurve bow and I am able to use this on days I don't have enough time to dedicate to setting up a target and using my bow.
