I was hesitant to buy this as I’ve had an Elite towel cabby for 7 years and it’s still working great but I opened a second location and was in need of another hot towel cabby and couldn’t find the Elite. So far so good, it arrived in perfect condition, once it was set up and plugged in there were no problems with the buttons or sterilization features. The towels were nice and hot for working with my massage clients within an hour. Note, I always use warm to hot water when preparing my towels for the cabby to help extend its working life, might be why my Elite is still going strong after 7yrs. Wow. I did not have high hopes that the towels would get steaming hot but they do!! Trick is run the towels under warm water and wring most of the water out. Not too wet. The same brand named towels do not fit like in the product photos. Like another reviewer pointed out. It is like an inch too long to shut the door. Bummer. But there is room so it will work to put in another way. For the price and what it does i am happy. Not sure how fast it heats them but i checked after an hour and they were hot. ... show more

Pros: 1)The temperature is perfect it gets towels very hot ,UV light 💡 is a plus for me . 2) the size is pretty good for the price, I was going to order the smaller one but for a few dollars more I was able to order this premium hot tub warmer. 3) The 2 racks make it easy for me when it’s busy to have towels always ready. This towel warmer takes a little while to heat towels, about an hour and they could be warmer. But they do eventually get warm and like all towel cabinets, too warm if in there all day! So other than I have to get to my studio and heat more in advance, there's no problem.

    • Stopped working after 10 uses
I bought this hot towel cabinet for my second salon studio a few months ago. I have probably used at the most 10 times. Yesterday, while doing my first facial I went to get a hot towel that I had made over 30 min before starting, and it was a little less than room temp. I turned it off, turned it back on and even tried again the next day. Completely dead. And of course, the return and costumer support are no longer available. Less than 3 months old.
