Wow I was expecting a small tiny puny bolster, at the very least a medium size. I was not expecting a true jumbo bolster. This thing is bigger than my 25 pound cat (my cat is fat). I love it!!!! I have recently started hiking a lot more and I am trying to get into running. So i originally was going to use this to roll out and massage my muscles against. It is so huge that the only thing I can roll it against is my back! I am sure i could do my hip area too but I have found a different better use for this. I use it for when I am relaxing in bed now. I always prefer soft pillows and it isn’t good for when I want to sit up in bed because I have to use a total of like 6 pillows (mine and my husbands) to get a sturdy and supporting back rest. Now i put this behind my and against the wall and just use three pillows total. One under it, one in front of it, and one on top of it and I have the most comfortable supporting back rest. I even use it for under my legs when I am relaxing in bed. It helps to not make my legs go to sleep so easily versus when they are straight. It does take up some room so make sure you have the space to store it but so far I am just throwing it in my closet but again it is huge. Good news is that it has a handle at the end of it so if you end up wedging it in somewhere tight than just make sure the handle is facing out so you can grab it easily. Honestly though if you wanted to use it for yoga or meditation this would even work as a spacer block or to help cushion the floor positions if you can’t do direct contact and the yoga mat isn’t enough padding. In all believe the description when it says “Jumbo”. It isn’t lying.

This arrived and I was pleasantly surprised at its size! It's far larger than expected. Well made & sturdy! This is currently getting bounced around our family room. Sometimes it's used as a bolster for yoga practice, sometimes as a lower back support when the boys are gaming. It's even great as a body pillow for a quick nap. Can just wrap a blanket around it, depending on your comfort level and it's firm enough to provide whatever support you're looking for. Easy to wipe clean, although doesn't really pick up lint too easily. Handy carry strap at one end. Great addition to your workout, gaming or family room!

If you want to use this pillow for massage or yoga then it is just right. It's also quite large and easy to carry. But if you're looking for comfort go elsewhere. Maybe it's just me, but I could not get comfortable laying on the bed trying to watch tv. Forget about rolling on your side on it. I guess it would do in a pinch if you were without any other pillow, but this pillow is more tool than sleep aid. There are other uses I can think up for it like taking it on overnight fishing trips or a picnic, making its black color a virtue in dirty environments.

Like I thought it was going to be a simple roller, small just something to roll on the back. This thing is the size of 6 pool noodles rolled into one. I'm guessing it's made to handle all weight. Relieves back pressure but rakes a little getting used to because of how big it is!

I was really hoping I could use this for sleeping at night on my back just to raise the knees a little bit but this is far to big for that in my opinion. I don't do yoga or massages so I can't really comment on that but I will say if I am laying on my stomach and putting my feet on top of this I would say it's a good size and comfort level for that. I will say that in lieu of using this as a pillow for sleeping posture I use it as a support on the floor when I am sitting at my desk for my feet or on the recliner under my knees which it is good for as well.

This jumbo pillow is awesome! It is very comfortable, really good quality, super light, and easy to clean! I like to use it to stretch out my back. It is firm enough to use as support, but soft enough to be comfortable. Really nice product.

This is huge. It's comfortable, versatile, and soft. I'm still learning how to properly use it but I love that its got several uses. It's just bigger than I thought it would be but it really can be used for everywhere on the body
