    • The connector wouldn’t latch without some modification.
The electrical connector on my 2000 Honda Insight would not latch into place on this sensor. Grinding away some plastic to enlarge the hole in the connector latch allowed the connector to latch into place on this sensor. Otherwise the sensor works great!

    • Cheaply made, lasted less than a year
I have a 93 Civic EX with d16z6. The part doesn't quite fit the connector, wouldn't click into place. When installing, the blades were getting pushed in and out of the housing. Worse yet, it only lasted less than a year before it started throwing a CEL for the ECT sensor. Avoid unless you want to replace it again in a few months. FYI mine came with a metal washer gasket instead of the rubber o-ring that's pictured. ... show more

Happy husband with this item! A\C got significantly cooler! In the 50’s! Second fan, radiator, kicked on when temperature of engine got hot enough. Arrived quickly!
