So I purchased a second assuming it was a fluke because it had lasted almost a year. The second one I purchased the battery closure cracked after a couple months. I liked the product while they worked but the battery pack seems to be a design flaw as the same thing happened twice on 2 different devices. When I bought the pink Foreo, I charged it and it worked well. These on the other hand need batteries. This one in particular works at first then it did not. I took out old batteries and they were crusty. I put new batteries in and it didn’t work still. So I returned it.

Worked like a dream and cleared up my skin especially blackheads sadly it Broke after 3 weeks - replaced the batteries and no luck.. not waterproof by my experience.. Recommend buying a cheaper one brand that works just as well.

I have Luna 2 brush so i thought it is good to add fofo to my collection to check skin health. What i found it it does not measure skin health at all. Based on your answer it gives estimate of your skin health. It showed my and my daughters skin age same which is two year more than my actual age. My daughter is seven year old. I tried after applying moisturizer but no change in my skin age or my daughters skin age. Do not waste your money to analyze your skin age using this device. ... show more

Have only had for a year and bottom of item cracked . The batteries were definitely getting wet . There was rust on the bottoms screws . There’s no way to fix this problem.

It’s definitely a deep clean and I like getting manual exfoliation without using a scrub. The timing is my favourite feature (it tells you how long to spend on every part of your face) and the brush really deep cleans my pores. My face is always left radiant after using Luna fofo.

I had a Luna fofo that I never had a problem with for over a year (replaced batteries, etc.) - until I left it in a hotel. I bought a replacement, even after seeing reviews, and much to my disappointment, this one quit after 4 months. I thought they used to include the Luna fofo in the warrantied items, and I'm really irritated that there is no warranty on this piece of sh*t. I was a huge fan and am now quite the opposite.... DO NOT BUY! Or at least spend $40 more for one with a warranty so they have to replace it when it stops working after a few months... ... show more
