I own this luggage in three different colors. Perfect for travel especially cruising. 28" is my favorite size, room for everything. 360 wheels are great. EDIT-unfortunately I was only able to use this luggage piece ONCE. One of the wheels on the bottom crushed in causing an irreparable crack in the bottom of the luggage and wheel mount. The window to return is closed and I have lost the use of a new piece of LUGGAGE. Purchased in July and used once in August. Did not expect the quality of this luggage to fail me. I wasn’t sure what to expect because of some of the other reviews I read but decided to take the risk anyways since we needed bags quickly for our trip. These suitcases did surprisingly well. They’re scuffed up pretty bad but 8 international flights and multiple car trips and hotels later they’re still holding strong. We bought two of these in different colors (orange and pink/aqua) and I think the only issue is we lost a zipper pull on one and one of the silver pieces on the wheel fell off of one as well. The wheels are still fully functional without that piece and the bag still unzips though so it’s not too big of a deal. ... show more

    • Cheap suitcase broke on me only on 2nd flight, frustrated.

I just bought this suitcase July 25 and I tried to go on Amazon today, Aug. 26th to return it, but I guess I'm too late. Frustrated. I took it on my second flight within literally a month and the zipper already broke. It looked great on the outside at a good price, I thought i would take a chance. I was literally only on my 2nd flight with this suitcase and arrived to my hotel in Montana to unpack, and the zipper was gone. Try to unzip a packed suitcase with two fingers without a zipper, it's annoying. The zippers look like they are made of metal, but maybe it's hard silver plastic, I'm not sure. I've had regular suitcases for a long time and the zippers are still on them. After this zipper broke, I'm frustrated. I went online today to Amazon and I'm 1 day past the return date of 30 days of when I bought it. Barely used and this already. I hope that company will fix this somehow. This is unacceptable for a product, and I travel often for business. This makes my confidence go down in this company. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I really like this suitcase for a checked bag. I was able to fit 2 weeks worth of clothing for my trip to Iceland. So there was a lot of layers and heavier clothes, which fit perfectly fine without having to expand it. I can say that it gets dirty easily, which I already anticipated due to the bright colors. So I purchased one of those clear covers to try and protect it as much as possible. It withstood 10 days of being lugged around on and off of a tour bus with zero issues or damages. I don’t consider some scratches or black marks as damages because that’s bound to happen with any suitcase & it different change the integrity of the product. It’s easy to spot when waiting at baggage claim which is a huge plus, iykyk! I also got lots of compliments on the color. I’m coming back to the states today so we’ll see if anything changes! If so I’ll update my review. So far so good!! Only con I can think of is the zipper got a little stuck and almost looked broken, but I just readjusted and the zipper was fine. ... show more
