I love the size and the added sonic! It is just perfect! I noticed the charging plug issue as well. It charges which is the most important thing, but yes it would be great if it fit properly! I was drawn into this product because of the antishock system, but even at a microcurrent level 2, my eye and lip area were pulsating/twitching due to the shock. Not sure if this should be normal coz in every other review, everyone looks so relaxed while using the mini bear! And don't get me started about when I first tried the product... I started with microcurrent level 4 and oh my goodness my face looked like it was going into shock or having seizures... I've tried other microcurrent devices before this and had no problems using them at the highest setting as well! So this was a huuuuuuge bummer. :/ ... show more

I've been using this little device for a bit over 6 months. While I'm not completely convinced it lifts as much as it claims to, I do think there's at last some lessening of my jowls. I feel that all the muscle "exercising" it does will work some, but there's still skin sagging that this type of device won't eliminate. For the first 3 months, I used this daily. I cut back to 3x/week just for maintenance. I use it on the high setting, 3 lights lit. The battery does not hold a charge for very long. Maybe because I'm using it on the high setting. IDK. I charge after I've used it the 3rd time for the week. FWIW, you don't have to buy the expensive Foreo "gel" that come with the kit. Plain old aloe vera gel will conduct the current, with no shock/tingling sensation, as well as the Foreo gel at a fraction of the price. For example 1oz of the original Foreo gel is at least $40. A 16oz bottle of Amazon generic aloe vera gel is less than $5. Do the math. I don't know what's in the Foreo gel, never found an ingredient list. But the gel certainly isn't worth the price, especially now that what came with the kit has been discontinued and the new 2.0 gel is $15 more per tiny bottle than the prior version of the gel cost. Don't waste your money on the Foreo conductive "gel". ... show more

So, I never do reviews but I really loved this product! I've been wanting to get this for a few years now, and finally decided to give it a shot. Some reviews are saying it's not giving results for them - if it helps, I'm 27 and I'm starting to see early signs of wrinkles. They're not deep and I'm using the mini bear as a preventive measure. I think it's worth a shot if you want to try it but keep in mind its probably not going to completely erase deep wrinkles. :) I use it twice a day with the serum and use the treatments offered on the app. ... show more
