EDIT: Customer service reached out and kindly offered a refund. I've reordered a new one and it works much better. Original Text: The "Select" but is also a wheel, and the wheel is loose so when I try to press "select" it almost always rotates the wheel a little, making my menu scroll down and select at the same time. Looks exactly like the old remote it is replacing. Works okay with one deal-killing exception. The remote “cursor” that allows it to work kinda like a mouse doesn’t work. Rather than track your motion like it should it’s more a random movement generator. You pint right the cursor is just as likely to go up, down, or left. For our LG TV that makes the remote useless. Don’t buy this!
