The borrower is operating as a 123-unit motel. Due to Hurricane Harvey, the borrower requested for a 12-month deferment due to financial hardship from serious flooding that has damaged the entire first floor. The borrower recently stated that they are open, but below the 50% capacity with some service being limited. In addition, the insurance company has not provided the borrowers any updates and the borrowers are in the process of obtaining an SBA disaster loan funds. The loan has not been boarded since East West Bank is still waiting for all the signed loan documents to be collected. The downgrade to substandard accrual is recommended due to the difficult financial state of the business after Hurricane Harvey and uncertain recovery. Mine LG is a 47LM6700-UA and it came with the magic wand remote. Magic remote worked, but the battery lock broke off and I had to tape the bottom for it to work. The great thing about this universal remote was that it worked right out of the box / package without having to register the remote. It did come with instruction manual showing how to register if it didn’t work right away. If you have a magic remote, you know that the buttons are limited. This universal remote makes the television experience so much better and faster. No need to push menu and move the cursor to make the television work. No need to hold the channel button up or down to get to your station. Push the corresponding button and bam you are there. Actually there was a lot more functions that I was surprise to see. One thing that I did notice was that the cursor is sometimes useful. I was playing a video via the USB slot and I realized that the cursor does have its use (allowing you to go to a point in the video). However, I used the fast forward button (in the bottom), which really helps defeats the purpose of the magic remote. I highly recommend this remote if you need to replace it. After some use, I discovered it is easily breakable, but I think it still deserves a 5 stars since it is functional, affordable, and does the same thing the OEM magic wand does. TL:DR 1) Excellent replacement for LG (specifically magic remote). 2) Worked out of the box. 3) Pre-determine buttons make it easier to use the television. 4) Highly recommended. 5) The product is easily breakable (edit), but still a 5 star.

I had been looking for a replacement remote for the one that came with my TV. I found this remote and was skeptical since universal remotes often did not work. This remote came quickly and had easy to follow instructions. It was simply put in the batteries and push the enter button. I was amazed that it worked perfectly and that the voice control functioned without issues. It functions far better than expected and I would encourage those looking for a remote like this one to buy from this vendor. Five stars are not enough!

This works well for our LG C2 and C4 OLED TVs in house. All buttons function like the OEM remote and the motion control for the pointer also works like the original remote. The build quality is noticeably worse than the original though. Mainly the roller button in the middle that is plastic with some rough and sharp ridges and not a softer rubberized material that is on the original OEM remotes. Given the low cost, good value as a replacement or extra remote.

I was very surprised and pleased that the remote worked immediately out of the box. No pairing was required and the TV works just fine with this replacement. As of now, I'm marking 5 stars since it's doing a fine job. My only minor gripe is that the center rolling ball/nub/selection button on this replacement is a little different and a little more plasticky than the original rubbery one.

This remote paired with my LG C2 OLED TV without a hitch and fully supports magic wand and voice search, but it is not my favorite remote. It comes with no backlighting, it is pretty heavy and the power button is stiff and difficult to press. But the biggest omission of this remote is absence of Play/Pause button. In some applications the central joystick button works as Play/Pause, but in others it requires several presses to actually pause a video, resulting in inability to pause video at precise moment. Besides, the way magic wand works is that cursor on the screen follows your wrist movement, but to press any button on the screen you need to press the central joystick button, which is stiff and many time while pressing it, my wrist moves just a bit resulting in missing on screen buttons or pressing the wrong ones. It is very unfortunate design that you would have to live with every day. Three stars for easy pairing and full functionality support, two stars missing for stiff buttons and dubious omission of dedicated Play/Pause button.
