Hello, like my many other reviews, this is my true & honest review of the GooseBox Galaxy Z Fold 4 360 degree, heavy duty, shockproof phone case w/S-Pen Holder. I bought this case for my Galaxy Z Fold 4 phablet (phone + tablet) based upon the many reviews that I read here on Amazon.com & I am not disappointed! I had this case for over a month now & I can say that it fits my Z Fold 4 snuggly with no gaps, looseness &/or misalignments! It was easy to install & it feels solid & looks great (I've gotten compliments on how good it looks) & although the case itself is lightweight, it does SEEM to naturally add A LITTLE weight & added heft to the already heavier Z Fold 4 (almost like an Otter box Defender case does/would), so please do be aware! I'm a bigger guy, so its overall weight doesn't bother me but, it might be a problem for others. But again, this is natural for a 360 degree, heavy duty, shockproof phone case. Even with the sturdiness of the case, I had no problems with charging my phone wirelessly in this case! Good stuff! lol The built in screen protector works well with my fingers & the S-Pen & the kickstand works flawlessly with the phablet opened or closed. This is also true for the S-Pen holder that is sleekly attached to the case spine protector. I do have an S-Pen in its holder & it holds it securely. The only thing I wish this phone case had is a belt clip but, hey, you can't have everything. So, I measured my Z Fold 4 phone while in this GooseBox case (6.5" L X 3.5" H X 1" D) & I purchased separately a $7 XXL horizontal phone pouch with a belt clip to fit it in & it works well for me. This GooseBox case is well worth the money & I am very satisfied with it! I highly recommend this GooseBox case for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4! If you don't mind the slight, natural bulk & weight that a good case naturally provides, then I'll bet you'll be just as happy & satisfied with it as I am! Thanks GooseBox! I've only trade three or four cases for my fold4. This is the one I use as my daily it strikes a nice balance between sleek and stout. It has really good hinge protection that includes the holder for an s pen. It's not as slim fitting as some of the cases that I tried but that's where the durability comes from so I just decided it was worth having a little extra bulk on my phone. I don't use the kickstand in any capacity so I can't speak to that. I've had a few drops already with no consequences. Cons: Not equipped with a slide cover for camera lenses. The pop-up prop stand seems a little flimsy and may be easy to break. A slightly more durable plastic polymer would have knocked this case out of the park in terms of protection. Pros: Overall awesome case! The left protector and the right protector snap on snugly. I had to wiggle my phone into place, which is a great thing in terms of overall protection. The hard, rubber bumpers around the top, the bottom, and the corners offer added protection. The volume and power buttons are easily accessible. The case does not seem to interfere with reception, and the screen protector does not hinder finger printing. Overall, I love this case so far. It's the best one yet. It reminds me of Otterbox, but the material falls short by just a tiny bit. I'm not disappointed at all, though. This is a great case for the price.     • Design does not meet needs of product

Design does not meet needs of product. Rec'd product today. Put on phone. Case will not close enough to trigger the internal screen to shut off and the external screen to turn on. The case gap on the non-hinge side is too large. When I turn the phone on with the phone on with the new case installed, the internal screen turns on. This is not how it should work. I verified with the case off and it works as designed. While the Spigen thin fit that I had prior wore out and finally broke, I'm looking at going with them again. The price was only 10 dollars more but at least the bulk of their case did not impede the functionality of the phone. Customer Service is not reachable by their own instructions. I am starting the return process. I followed the customer service instructions on the internal card that came with the case and it says to go to the order, click on goosebox, and then click ask a question. There is no place to ask a question. That said, I have started the return process so as not to run out of time. I would caution against this company as they do not have a succinct customer service process that follows what they outlined in their own documentation. Email address @ outlook.com does not inspire confidence. They also said to send an email. I have sent an email to [email protected] as that is their email address. Just to make the point that may be missed, an email address at outlook.com is rather telling of their business practices. Let me make it more plain. My 80 year old mother has an outlook.com email address. What it says to me is that this is not a business practice, it's a stop-gap measure to do business on Amazon. ... show more

    • Great case but has a big flaw

I love how this case really does protect my phone, but there's one flaw that really annoys me is the front screen cover.. It seems to fit and looks nicely but I cannot use my front screen because the front screen cover doesn't allow the phone to close completely. Only when I Remove the front cover I could use my front screen but when it's on, I can only use the inside screen. And after a while of always opening the inside screen starts loosen the screen on the inside Good case but definitely a big flaw ... show more
