Description

Intake manifold cleaning: Clean the intake manifold of the engine by sandblasting in sequence. Intake /Exhaust valve cleaning: The valves can be cleaned by sandblasting in sequence without dismantling. The use of external air source can provide continuous external power during the cleaning work, so as to promote the walnut sand particles to more strongly impact the carbon deposition in the pipeline. Built in filter screen can separate the recycled walnut gravel from the carbon deposit for secondary utilization. Walnut sand can deeply remove sticky carbon deposits on intake manifold, intake valve and exhaust valve. Walnut sand will ash at high engine temperatures to avoid damaging automotive exhaust systems. When the sprayed walnut sand impacts and deposits carbon, the walnut sand particles will be recycled in the equipment at the same time, without manual recycling, saving time and effort. Open head cover of AUTOOL HTS558 and pour into walnut powder (need 2-4KG ), press dust guard on walnut powder then close cover. Join spary gun muzzle and recycle hose together (there is a hole on recycle hose). Remove intake manifold of engine, plug spary gun into intake, turn crankshaft to close intake valve. Connect air pump((not include)) to HTS558. Connect AC power, start clean. The process should last 1-3minutes(depending on carbon deposition). Normally, walnut powder can be reuse 5-10 times.
