The media could not be loaded. Beautiful design! Very strong and many features. Chair back position is adjustable, has retractable foot rest, has foldable drink tray, and is completely foldable for easy storage. I would deduct 1/2 point for instructions and parts descriptions. Even though pretty easy to assemble, the mfg did not clearly label parts, putting all into one two bags with general description. I was not able to determine with M8 x 60mm bolt they were talking about as one pair had full threads and the other short threads yet instructions simply said m8 x 60mm (tip: save the two short tip 60mm for the front arm attachment, which allows for adjustments). Color and design looks beautiful. It is foldable but super heavy so great for storage, probably not something I would take on road trip.

Love the heavy weight of the chair, it’s definitely not going to blow away. The material is a beautiful wood grain look but poly and I love it! As others have stated, the directions are terrible. The pictures given you can’t really tell what’s what and the screws are neatly organized but not labeled. Every time I had to count to make sure I had the right size for the actual screw needed. Was able to assemble the first chair however the second was missing parts and came damaged obviously from shipping. I have reached out to customer service and am awaiting the response. Definitely the best chair to have!! Love em

First of all, this has to be the most organized set of bolts, nuts and screws and instructions that I have ever received with anything that has needed assembly. The chairs were well packed as well. They are sturdy, well made and very comfortable. The foot rest is easy to slide in and out - excellent design. The tray for coffee and iPhone or iPad is convenient but the arms are also wide enough to set a beverage on. My only concern about the tray would be if someone put weight on it. It is easy to move down to the side when not in use. I had a bit of trouble with the pins lining up that are used for stability in open position and removed for folding the chairs for storage. Time will tell. I am definitely recommending these chairs to anyone with outdoor space. And the price is very reasonable considering the quality of this chair.

We purchased 4 brown chairs and they look great around our fire table. The packaging was very good and arrived without any damage. The chairs were easy to assemble. The instructions were simple and straight forward. The hardware was laid out in a packaged clear tray. (Note to manufacturer-please label screw groups to instructions not screw measurements) I took my time while viewing Tv and I averaged 45 minutes per chair. Not bad for a 71 year old guy. The instructions recommends 2 persons but I did it alone. The chairs were very comfortable in all positions. They are sturdy except for the the multi-function tray when extended in place for usage. Though a little flimsy, we have no reservation in using them. Would have given 5 stars for Sturdiness except for the tray.

I bought two of these for my back deck. They required minimal assembly and went together fast. One of the bolts that align the slide-in footrest is bent, but it still functions fine, and I leave the footrests out for the most part anyway. The multiple recline positions are nice, and I love the folding table with a shallow and a deep cup holder along with a tablet and phone holder. They’re very comfortable but would work best with a nice cushion if using for an extended period of time. Overall they’re a great buy!

Returns are a nightmare with this third-party supplier. Took me two months to get my refund after repeatedly asking for it. They refused to give me a return UPS/FedEx label, suggesting I ship it back via my preferred shipping company that they would refund, which they then tried to not refund. Then, took another month and half a dozen messages just to get the shipping refund. Chairs are not a pin and chain design, as it was advertised when I purchased 6/2024. Pictures have been updated as of this review, which is good, but video still shows pin release which is not correct. Screw-ins replaced the pin which are very difficult to use and not what I ordered. Footrest falls out of track and scrapes up plastic. Does not fold very flat and are super heavy.
